Bought a work truck that had a mess of wiring under the flatbed. They got all lights, trailer plugs, and backup camera completely rewired and very professional clean work under there. The wiring was a mess when I brought it to them and what I got back was a 180 difference. Will be bringing my other equipment to them in the future.

So very happy with the service and pricing. I had read horror stories about rv repairs on other places and Chris did a great job and a fair price for my old Winnie rialta. I will definitely go here again if needed.

We were driving from Sequim, Washington to Northern California when our truck started making a very loud noise. We called Automotive specialists and they told us to bring the truck over. They tended to us quickly and diagnosed the problem, and also pointed out a dangerously worn tire. They fixed our truck so quickly, which we really appreciate. Rory was wonderful to work with, and they all took really good care of us!

Rori was amazing!! We have a large fleet of vans that my technicians work out of. Getting our vans repaired in a timely matter is extremely important to me. I had a van towed down to Automotive Specialists because it wasn’t able to be driven without powering down while in idle. Less than 6 hours later it was diagnosed, repaired, and ready to be picked up. Thank you Rori and team for taking good care of me! Looking forward to using you guys again in the future!

In just my first 2 interactions with this shop I feel I have found a shop I will give all of my automotive business to going forward. The employees are very personable and friendly, they give what seems to be very honest and reasonable estimates, not trying to up sell me or convince to to get unnecessary repairs.

Giving 2 stars because my first experience here was decent and the people were kind and reasonable. However, recently I had my car towed here due to it not starting, ultimately ended up only needing a battery replacement. They charged me $550 to diagnose the dead battery and place a new one which to me is ridiculous. Could've had that done any other shop for half the price. Definitely felt taken advantage of and person on the phone totally dismissed my request for an oil change that they did not do. I'm disappointed because as a returning customer I would think I would be treated fairly as I am giving you repeat business. This shop was recommended to me by a family member and I have to say neither me or my family will be returning here.

Great shop! Started doing business here because I couldn't find any other shops that would replace the differential on my truck. I've continued bringing all my vehicles here because they're very thorough, reasonably priced, and don't try sell me repairs I don't need. Always friendly and courteous. Highly recommend.

I have had both a professional and personal relationship with Automotive Specialists.For years, I worked for a towing company that towed into the shop, as well as when one of our body shops needed mechanical work done on vehicles needing collision repair.Not once in 15+ years was I ever called to tow back a vehicle that had been repaired.Whether you talk to Troy, Chris, or Rory, you will be greeted by friendly, knowledgeable staff that will do whatever they can to get you back on the road.When the owner of the shop I used for years decided to retire , I needed to find another shop for my automotive needs. It was actually a "NO BRAINER." Not one come back in all those years. Friendly staff. Honest and fair pricing. They even offer a shuttle service to make scheduling & dropping your vehicle for repairs or just a normal maintenance less stressful. When my clients need professional repairs but not at dealership prices, I will never hesitate to recommend Automotive Specialists!
