I had been having multiple issues with my sunroof, and they were so helpful each time I brought my car in. Would, and have been recommending to any one who requires any work that they offer. The people were always nice, and the work was always great.

Had interior of 97 M3 redone . Job impeccably done. Center wood console cracked in the process was swiftly replaced. Very pleased with the service and professionalism.

Had my Xterra's cloth seats removed and custom reupholstered with Katzkin Leather... Added heated seat option for the front seats, too. Nate and team at AutoFx did an AMAZING job! I'm very happy with their service, communication, and quality of their work! I'm one happy girl... My rig is even more sexy! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

The team at Auto FX are truly one of a kind. They are genuine, honest, and reliable. I’d like to give a special shout out to Rick who from day 1 was prompt in his responses, and never once failed to keep me in the loop about my vehicle.
Back story: I purchased a vehicle from a dealership that ended up having a MASSIVE sunroof leak. Upon purchase they reassured me the sunroof was checked for leaks, and that the car was good to go. 3 months later when the Washington rain began, the leak proved they did not. They said I could get it diagnosed and fixed through their service department with 20% off. No thank you, I did not trust them.
That’s when I found Auto FX. I’m serious you guys, in a world full of dishonest people these guys give me hope. Sunroof leaks can be a major pain, which my vehicle ended up being one of them. But with time and patience these guys fixed my car. I have nothing but good things to say about this company.

Great experience with Auto FX. They installed a beautiful Katzkin leather interior. There was a hiccup with the manufacturer sourcing the door panels. AutoFX handled it all very professionally, even after hours. I didn't have to lift a finger. Very happy with them.

Got a sameday appointment for a bed liner, they started work as soon as I arrived. I waited just about 2 hours, they did an excellent job and their price was fair.
Waiting there for 2 hours I was really impressed listening to them deal with their customers, often advising customers against a shoddy product. Will definitely use again.

UPDATE 12/1/2023: Todd the owner reached out to me after I posted the previous review and expressed that he wanted to make things right after reading my review. Todd and his team worked closely with me to find a resolve to fix the issue below! The team was very communicative and professional. Nate was awesome and spoke about my options and he reassured me that things would be taken care of. I am very happy with the solution and appreciate the professionalism and urgency to find a resolve. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! I never leave reviews but I paid $880 for them to fix my headliner on my Mercedes and this is how it looked the next day. I had to take it back and they fixed it and promised me they would provide another service to make up for messing up and me having to come back again. My husband and I reached out to them constantly and they always had an excuse for example “the manager was out of office” we chased them for about a month until they just stopped replying and my husband and I just gave up, they didn’t keep their word and their customer service is GARBAGE! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!

Couldn’t recommend these guys enough. First-time customer here who just had some heated seats installed on my new vehicle. Actually got referred to this shop by my dealership for this particular job. The initial inquiry on the phone and scheduling of the appointment was a breeze, which was the moment when I realized these guys were the real deal and up for the task. Also got a courtesy call the day prior to the appointment to confirm it. Dropped off my vehicle first thing in the morning, and picked up at the end of the day. No frill, no drama, no surprises. Safe to say the entire process was oozing professionalism and competency. Rest assured I’ll be a returning customer.

I went in to get a quote on window tint. The guy was nice and knowledgeable about different options I had for tint. Took my car back and the work was done in a timely fashion and the tint looks great! I would recommend.

My sunroof cracked and needed to be replaced. Auto FX was the installation vendor used by my insurance company. They received a replacement sunroof which they installed, but were dissatisfied with the quality of the part.
Rather than leave me with a roof that technically worked but was imperfect, they ordered a new piece of glass and had me come back to have it installed. I would have been none the wiser had they let me be on my way with the initial part, but they are people of integrity who proved to me they will do the right thing when no one is watching.
