It was a good experience and the cost estimate was less than I expected. The final cost was less than the estimate. The people were good to work with and fast to answer questions. Furniture was well protected.

Really glad I chose Atlas Van Lines for my move from Washington to California. There are a lot of scammy moving companies out there. I thought a reputable company like Atlas wouldn’t be able to compete in terms of cost but they did. Excellent customer service, professional movers on both ends, great communication. All around, I would highly recommend.

They need to put a sign on the street for truck drivers to let them know that they have to park on the street and walk to the office to check in.
They seem like they don’t like their jobs there. They’re rude and unhappy.
Even if there is enough room for a truck to turn around in the yard, they don’t allow that. You have to pick up on from the street.

Colorado to Michigan! From start to finish Atlantic Relocation Systems made our move effortless. After experiencing a scam from another company Bill and his team saved us from what would have been a nightmare. We are so grateful. The team that packed us did so with professionalism and care. The guys who came to unload did so quickly and carefully. Part of not having to worry is that my husband who has Multiple Sclerosis could sit comfortably and just mark boxes as they were unloaded. This was a huge weight off of our minds and bodies. This was our first move and it was a big one, 1,100 miles. I am thankful ARS walked us through this. I’d absolutely refer them to anyone both within the US or Internationally who needed assistance with a move.

If I could post a negative number I would. Our furniture was destroyed and I was offered $30 compensation. My 150 yr old china cabinet was broken, my $5,000 king bedroom set was scuffed and scraped and coffee table cracked. Boxes of stuff lost and the list goes on. Slow service as well. Please beware of this company

Good moving company. Used to work there . 1 of the best ur going to get in the moving buisness. Its like any type of service. It depends on ur lead and crew for the day .

I was absolutely shocked by the terrible “customer service” I received at their loading dock. Angry, hostile, and cussing workers at their dock. What an awful experience.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The manager of the loading truck was extremely rude and aggressive. Kept arguing with my mom about her polite requests to move certain things first. Made her feel uncomfortable in her own home. Would absolutely never recommend to anyone. Movers did a good job, but their boss absolutely ruined the experience.

Absolutely terrible experience. We are in disbelief and are so disappointed. The movers came on Aug 10th. The movers forgot to pack half of our kitchen, refused to pack anything open already, even if it was resealable or still in good packaging, no cleaning supplies could go, which left us with a carful & a mess of cleaning supplies, packed things that weren’t supposed to be packed, didn’t ask if we would need any blankets they took after knowing we were stuck at our house for 4 more days.We are supposed to arrive in Cali Aug 18th. We have been calling for 4 days to try to get information on our truck and no one has anything to tell us. We finally get ahold of them today Aug 17 and they tell us our stuff wont make it until sept 1st. Keep in mind they came AUGUST 10th! Not only is it running so behind but we are military so we have stuff in that truck that my husband needs for work. We also have a trip planned on the 22nd of august to go home and visit family and need a lot of our stuff. They totally did us dirty and would never recommend this company a day in my life. Don’t even try to say this is the wrong company because I just confirmed with our military director that it’s this company. Not sure where the other driver is coming from but clearly you have access to him or when we call this number they wouldn’t have any info on the driver & his whereabouts. Keep doing an awful job and lose your contract with the military. Do everyone a favor. HOW DO YOU EXPECT SOMEONE TO GO OVER 3 WEEKS WITH OUT THEIR STUFF? That’s absolutely inhumane to do to someone. A warning would’ve been nice. Thanks for ruining our whole move and making life 10x more stressful on us. I’ll be sure to tell the whole world to never book with you guys EVER. absolutely awful everyone. Beware.
