I've been here a few times for futons but this time I went in for the sofa frame. It is spectacular and a beautiful piece of furniture but the best part..... Amy told me how easy it was to build and she was right! It really couldn't have been easier. Literally 8 bolts. Great store and amazing options!, love it!!!!!

The worker is nice, knew the product. Only issue is when looking at Langley Sleeper New Model we were told it was $1200 but online it says $999.99. Everything there was $1200 and up, even the small sleepers ran up to $2400. Very pricy place but great quality.

New to Tacoma and looking for a nice futon for my son’s bedroom, I ran across this place quite by accident. We arrived just as the store was closing for the day, but Amy graciously welcomed us in and showed us the great selection she had in stock. After finding the right setup, Amy spent time helping us find the cover and explaining how to keep the piece in good shape for years to come. The whole time, she was totally attentive and so friendly - such excellent customer service I wish I needed more futons! Lol! The next day, we were trying to figure out how to get the furniture home, out of the blue she phoned to offer to bring it over. We were so happy and surprised by this - she really went the extra mile and then some, and we were so thankful for this unexpected act of kindness and generosity. We will absolutely be back, and I would highly recommend shopping here to anyone. If I could give her a hundred stars, I would!

I purchased a futon 7 years ago from Amy and had an excellent experience (quality, customer service, etc.), so when I had a second futon mattress that needed to be replaced in a matter of hours on a Saturday afternoon, I knew who to call. Amy had the Wellspring Supreme in stock so I made my way there and back in time to have my Airbnb ready for my 5 pm guest. Zero smell from the new mattress and cover. Amy's 45th Street Mattress Encasement is so much better than the one I bought from a big box store - it's protective on both sides! I like to flip my mattress frequently to keep it fresh and in good condition, and this cover will make that process a breeze! I make the trip to Amy's from Olympia - it's so worth the trip!

Amy saved the day! I purchased from Amy in 2014, so when I had a futon emergency, with a guest checking in at 5 pm today in Olympia, I knew who to call! Amy had a Wellspring Supreme mattress in stock (my guests love this mattress - years in they love it) and hooked me up with a 45th Street Mattress Encasement - so much better than the big box store encasements! This encasement has protection on both sides, making the essential flipping of the mattress a breeze! As others have said - great selection, home run customer service. I'm so grateful!

I think it has been year's since I have gotten a good night's sleep, until now I visited Amy's store and I'm so glad I did bought a mattress and in just one night I knew that I finally found the right mattress for me and my husband. I love sleeping in . Amy knows everything about the product's in her store so just ask. Great experience. Will recommend to everyone and will be going back for any of my mattress pillows and the heavenly bamboo sheets.

LOVE this place! I am not the best at fashion, but Amy is, she showed me a few great tricks for picking clothes out, and gave me her expert opinion on a few things too! I hit a great sale, and I will definitely be going back.
