I stopped at this gas station to use the bathroom on my way to work, fully expecting to get in and out quickly. When I asked the employee for the bathroom key, he kept insisting the bathroom was out of order, which I knew was a blatant lie since I had used it just days before. I didn't back down and kept demanding the key, knowing he was trying to pull something shady. Eventually, he admitted that I’d have to pay him if I wanted to use the bathroom. I flat-out refused, so he changed his story, saying I had to buy something from the store—an illegal move, since in Washington, any facility open to the public with a restroom must make it available to everyone.
Reluctantly, I bought a bottle of water just to get the key. After using the bathroom, the same employee had the nerve to tell me I could only use it for two minutes, and if I stayed longer, I'd have to pay more. This level of service is beyond disgusting. I’ll never set foot in that gas station or store again. I'd rather suffer in my car than give them another dime.

I was treated incredibly rudely because I had to use the restroom. I was followed to the drink cooler and to the register from the bathroom. Treated like I was a drug addict and thief. Never going here again.

When I went there one of them was almost always double charging the more expensive items
Now the straw that broke the camel's back and made both me and my husband stop going is partly my fault
On my BIRTHDAY I was so giddy from my husband's surprise date that I paid for my gas and drink and snacks with a $100 bill I got my change from my over priced snacks I loaded my snacks......and forgot to gas up I call my husband crying he goes in and without looking at the frickin machine he says oh somebody must have used it already ? this lost my service I regularly spent over $100 a week in gas not to count my snacks and drinks their loss?

I went in for two monsters and a thing of chips, they told me my total was 10.75 so I gave them a 20 and they told me I need to give them 75 cents now or at least a dollar bill. I told them I only have 29 dollar bills and that I could pay with card but was confused why my 20 didn't cover the total. They then yelled at me to pay with my card instead. I haven't had rude customer service like that for a while.

What a bunch of sh*t. I order from uber, driver goes to store to pick up. They have the product, but this store cancels order. I pay extra for fast service and tip driver $8. And this dam store cancels the order. F*** this place, wont buy gas or snacks here again. What a waste of time.

Don't give the right change. There not nice they give attitude to people and they never have stews or the right lids for cups. They do not take ebt when the door states that they take ebt.
