They got me in quickly, I drove from an hour away so I was very early for my appointment. Ended up getting done with everything by 8 minutes after my actual appointment time. The staff was great, the doctor was amazing and Jada helped me efficiently and she was so nice. I would highly recommend this location. Thank you Robert Anderson as well for being so awesome! I will definitely be coming to this location from now on.

Cort helped my child transition from glasses to contacts... it was not easy. Cort's level of encouragement, respect, and knowledge was outstanding. We always have great experiences at America's Best, but Cort was simply outstanding. A true coach/teacher. Thank you!

Not sure why I kept dealing with americas best. I found a new eye place. Just not educated. There have been many issues over the years. Came in with 2 little kids, waited 30 mins to get my new glasses adjusted. First staff member adjusted, cleaned the glasses gave them to me. I told her they are still loose.Tried 2 more times, finally gave the glasses to another member, still was not able to do a simple adjustment. But glasses were returned to me “wiped”. I was upset about the time wasted for wiping them but yet adjustment was complete crap. I do not need my glasses wiped 4 times and they still have smudges on them. I finally left the location as my kiddos were getting fussy and I couldn’t believe no one was able to do a simple adjustment.
Not a professional place whatsoever. Federal way location told me “yeah we don’t do that” when I called to ask if they put prescription into a sunglass frame. Tacoma location said yes they do in fact do that. Locations are not on the same page of what is offered, staff can’t adjust glasses. I will no longer be coming to America’s best. I will no longer recommend this office to my family. If you are looking for an eye doctor please do your research and avoid americas best. They are far from the best.

My initial visit went fine, glasses were way more than I anticipated but not much I can do about that. However, I received a text that my glasses were ready so I checked to see what time they closed and it said 7pm. I rushed over there after work and arrived at 6:57 and they were closed. There was no one inside at all so I am pretty sure they had been closed for more than just a couple minutes. Very disappointed because now I have to wait till the weekend to pick them up.

I called to confirm my insurance would get accepted they said yes. After the exam they said they didn’t accept my insurance. I hate when people lie. You’re supposed to check if you accept peoples insurance before you charge them. America’s worst!

My mom and I went in for an eye exam and glasses. All employees were really nice. Cort helped me at the end picking my glasses and really explained and described what was going on with our eyes, very helpful and friendly. Would definitely go back to this location ☺️

I’m only upset because they wasted my time today saying I could go to the Puyallup location. Because Tacoma is so far for me to drive and use gas. Then when I go to Puyallup they said I can’t and now I have to use my money to go back to the location. I’m just sad that I can’t even get contacts until way later in the month

From the receptionist to ordering my glass, very unknowledgeable people. Only one who was good was Cort, he know what he was doing. The building smells, especially the exam room, of cigarette smoke. Very poor.

The America’s Best located in Tacoma off 72nd St IS HORRIBLE. They are not clean, unprofessional and uneducated in regards to their acceptable insurances. I scheduled and appointment 3 days prior and they did not inform that they no longer accept my private insurance. I took off work and arrived 30 minutes early to be told I couldn’t be seen. I recommend there management teach or set expectations that prior insurance eligibility is run at the time of scheduling the appointment or a day or two before the appointment. This was an inconvenience in my day and a time slot that could have been used for someone who does have the acceptable coverage. Do better!

Grace was so helpful with selecting the right glasses and ensuring that our insurance was charged. She provided excellent customer service.
