I had a last minute emergency that required immediate attention and these guys handled it to perfection! Carrie knew exactly what I needed and jumped through hoops in order to get my stuff delivered and set up right away! I can't thank these guys enough. Extremely stressful moving my elderly Mom into my home, but Carrie and the crew took charge, came through for me, and immediately eliminated one of the biggest stressors I was up against. These guys are the real deal!!

Website states wheelchair rentals but for one day rental I was quoted over $200. But even to that they don't have one to rent.

I was beyond pleased with the customer service and the staff at this location! They were extremely helpful and very friendly! The moment we walked in they greeted us and were very attentive.Also, I was confused about the process of receiving certain products with insurance, and I had a lot of questions about the different equipment needed for my grandma. The ladies in there really helped us sort it all out and I couldn’t be more thankful for their help with everything! They really made the whole process a lot easier.

I had such a wonderful experience!! I had to rent a wheelchair for my dad while he was visiting from out of town. Wendy made it quick and easy to rent the wheelchair. Would highly recommend this place.

I am angry and appalled at this business. My father was in need of a wheelchair and his doctor sent them a presciption for it, so it could get approved first through Medicare. After waiting over a week I contacted the company to check on the status and was informed they no longer process prescriptions for Medicare so they just shred them when the get them. Hello!! A text or phone call to doctor or patient would be good business. I guess that isn’t something that’s in your business binder. As far as I’m concerned I will never or anyone I know ever step through your doors. Good luck staying in business.

They no longer handle any CPAP related supplies or services. They do answer their phone.

I was up a creek, having left home on a trip without the power supply to my cpap machine. I didn't notice until 4pm on a weekday, and knew that if I didn't find one in the next hour, I was going to have a lousy time sleeping that weekend. American Medical Rental & Supply was the third place I called after getting a flat no from the first two. They thought they had something that would work, so I drove over with my machine. The ladies in the office dug around and found the exact power supply I needed. They were super nice and helpful, and saved me a lot of trouble. The price was reasonable, and they deserve all 5 stars for helping out a weary traveler in his time of need.

Walked in to get some cpap supplies for my dad and had terrible service, they didn't seem to have any of the stuff I was looking for and then what I assume was the manager was very rude about it telling me to go somewhere else. They were all sitting around a desk talking and on their phones. It just didn't seem like a very professional place. It's also in a really bad area so I don't think I'll ever be back in here.

I purchased a raised toilet seat for an elongated toilet because the sales person told me it would fit any toilet. The seat cost $65. When I got home and took it out of the box it was too small for a man to sit on and do his business. There is no way you can pee sitting on this. Way too small and not for an elongated toilet. When I tried to return it, all sails are non returnable because of COVID and the box was opened. Wait until COVID is over before you buy, and do your homework first. Don't take the word of a salesperson. Plus this can be purchased on Amazon for almost half the price and arrive in a few days.

This is certainly one of the best medical supply stores in the area. I found the staff to be helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy. The store is well stocked and organized. I have talked to them on the phone and received the same good service. I have purchased many items here through the years. So far I have not rented anything from here.
