I got the car a month and half ago and the car went into limp mode (it’s a 2020 Nissan Altima)I’ve barely had the car, it cost me $716! One of the managers offered to tow it back to the dealership and I’d get a loaner,thinking it was going to be covered by the dealership and we didn’t have to pay but when it was time to pay they stuck the towing bill to me when I was told it was covered.Well I got there and don’t get me wrong I was very happy I was able to use one the loaners until my car got fixed but they gave me a beat up Chevy traverse,it was dirty inside dealership didn’t even bother to take out the trash from the previous people who use it,gave it to us on empty tank oh and the power steering pump sounded like it was about to go out the driver side mirror was broken and hanging on by a zip tie,looks like they used someone’s old trade in and didn’t even bother to make them clean before sending them out for customers.Then I called them later on in the week and other manager was being kinda of rude and in a sense making me feel dumb i really didn’t appreciate how I was talked to especially and how he treated me.Very unprofessional.when I’m trying to figure how I’m going to fix my car and what they’re going to do to fix the problem. Tuesday rolls around and for my work I had to prove that the car was insured and so I called them back,the same manager who was rude picked up the phone and called my work “Petty” due to them wanting to know if the loaners cars they owned where insured because it was a liability,he go super defensive about the whole situation and not being professional. Then when I picked up my plates from the finance person and told them what was going on and how I’ve been treated by one of the managers and said I had to pay $716 already and the warranty wouldn’t cover and I told them I will never buy a car from them ever again and all I can get was a measly “sorry?” Really? They didn’t even offer to help or find a resolution.(This is the second car I’ve brought from them) PLEASE AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP LIKE IT IS THE PLAUGE! Save yourself the headache and the money you’re gonna be spending if you buy a car from them. This isn’t the first time people have complained that their car has stopped work after a couple of days weeks or a month into owning it.BEWARE of this dealership save your money and buy a car from a different dealership:) All they care about is Money and Greedy as hell.

Albert was our sales representative and he was amazing!! Helped my husband get a car that work for us and wasn’t pushy at all. Finance manager also was really sweet and helped us as well. Definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a car!!

The experience leading up to arrival at the dealership was great, Albert was prompt, responsive and helpful. When I arrived at the dealership the vehicle was ready for a test drive. I noticed immediately that the car had numerous issues. Motor mount broken, bumper missing parts and pieces, it wasn’t even attached fully. I test drove the car with Albert which was fine. Other than the issue I saw the car seemed ok. This is when everything changed, I gave Albert a specific amount I was willing to spend. This is when the games started! “Let me go and ask the boss, I sure hope he doesn’t throw a stapler at me” Albert said. He came back above the max I had stated, I got up to leave and Albert got upset, he tried to get me to say, stating that he would go to the boss with the lower price. Typical used car salesman games… he probably didn’t even talk to “the boss” I told him, and I told him I’m not playing games this is when Albert threw a fit and told me to leave. TLDR, they’re not honest, they play the normal four square stupid games and at the end of the day get upset when you try and negotiate a fair price.

We bought a 2015 Chevrolet Cruze from here less than a year ago for $11,000 and we've already had to do $1,300 worth of repairs into it. We had to get the entire heat pump and system replaced. When we bought the car originally, they said if we had any problems we could bring it to their mechanics, and they could repair it. When we called a few months later because the car was having problems, they said they would not do the repairs on it because we didn't get the warranty from them. We bought the car last fall in 2023, and now it's the end of July 2024. The most we've driven the car was a couple of trips to Oregon and 20 minute work commutes 4 times a week. We did regular oil and fluid changes. We're moving from Washington to Utah right now, and a quarter of the way through the drive from Washington today, the car engine light came on, the traction control light came on and it said the stability track needs repairs. It also said that it had 500 miles worth of gas in it when it has never said that before when it was full, and it kept fluctuating the miles that it could go. The car would make a thrumming/thumping sound if we didn't push on the gas lightly enough and it barely made it up hills. We tried to keep driving it so we wouldn't be stranded in the middle of nowhere. It made it to Idaho, but it's not going to make it to Utah safely. We're going to have to leave it behind here in Idaho and figure something else out tomorrow. Overall, we are disappointed and feel like we wasted our money buying that car. Not worth it.

They literally told me that they don't really like selling a vehicle 100% paid off when I told him I didn't want a car with payment's and he said that if I wanted to use my cash as a down-payment then he had a very good selection of car's for me......I was really bummed as there were a couple I wanted to check out but decided to go elsewhere instead. Unless you're dying to have a car payment and not buy your car. Alright, free and clear. Then definitely avoid these people. As a reply to the owner, although I do appreciate you reaching out to me.
With the mindset of your sales team, I don't see how that could be beneficial to the buyer.
It might not have been what I wanted to hear, but I do believe he was being honest. There's a lot more money to be made. In a loan than there is paying something off outright, unless I'm missing something. But again? I really do appreciate you reaching out to me. I just don't see a point in coming back to your establishment. If your sales team is mindset is to only sell a vehicle with a car payment instead of looking at the person in front of them, they're just thinking about a paycheck. Or their job either way
