The out to lunch sign was on the door for an hour or longer. They finally took it off so I went up to the door only for them to say they’re closed. It was 6 pm, their hours here say they close at 7. If this is what the customer service was always like I can see why they’re going out of business.

I've made two separate trips to do a return. According to their twitter this location was open. I am physical here and it's not open! And they don't answer the phones either. Waste of time, and customer service is horrible.

I've bought a few pairs of shoes from here and I love them, I had to order a few to be delivered to me since they didn't have my size in the store which is fine, I received them within a week. Recently I ordered a pair in the store and then a pair I ordered online through the store, I waited a month until I decided to contact them about why I haven't received them. I got an email back telling me that those shoes were not in stock so they cancelled my order. I was completely unaware, checking my mailbox everyday for them. Unfortunately, and it's on me, I don't have the receipt anymore since I had it emailed to me and I figured since they were able to be ordered, I was definitely going to receive them, but now I can't get my money back for the shoes I didn't know weren't in stock.
