Came today just to look around and was pleasantly surprised by how nicely staff works there. They gave me and a lady who was shopping as well all of their attention. I felt very welcomed, staff was just super nice and caring. The store looked very clean and neat. I ended buying a beautiful pair of shoes and a bag. I will definitely come back again for more.

I had a great experience with one of the associates and one of the managers up until I came back to return one of the items I purchased. The manager seemed upset that I was returning something and (it may be small but as someone w experience in retail and customer service this last part was just like ?? Why..?) then she seemed like she was trying to get me out of the store and didn’t put my items back in the bag after the return, just immediately went to place the returned item back on the shelf and left me standing there to put my things back in the bag and barely looked at me as I said goodbye and to have a great day. As I said, it’s small but so unnecessary, returns are a part of shopping and I get the commission may be cut a little but that interaction made me not want to come back to this location.

I’m so glad they reopened the Aldo at the Tacoma mall. The staff is great, friendly and helpful. They will help you find the perfect shoe for your outfit or special occasion.
