EVERYBODY BEWARE!!! ALL THEIR VEHICLES ARE LEMONS!! I bought a van from them and a week after the engine seized and couldn't be fixed. Terrible guy and very very dishonest people working there. I wish I would've NEVER EVER bought my van there. It's been 2 years and I've been fixing the van every month something breaks down. As soon as you drive the vehicle out of his lot, it's your problem and he doesn't care at all. CAUTION! DO NOT GO HERE! NIGHTMARE! I will never ever do business with a Russian guy again because of this place.

There are so many parts to the sale a consumer doesn't see, I can tell you that Andrey hustles on behalf of his customers. Small independent dealer where every sale, every new customer relationship is critical...and Andrey acts like it does.

3+ years later and a car that's still holding up reasonably well stand as good testimony for the excellent service and integrity of Stan.Thanks to him! And I'll add with all the current discord in Europe, my best hopes are for those relatives he may still have over there.

Buyer Beware! Stan was my sales guy and he was great, but the Pathfinder I bought from them was a lemon. Less than a month after buying it I found it had a bad transmission and catalytic converters with repairs costing more than the vehicle is worth! When I contacted them for help I was told "If you didnt buy the warranty that we had available then there is nothing we can do. It is a used a car and anything can happen."I wasn't ever offered a warranty.

The price and final deal was fair (used KBB), test drive went well, and dealer (Andery) was respectful and fun to chat with. The dealership itself seemed shady apon first glance. But was nice for what it was. Didn't really like pulling in and out of the narrow entrance/exit for the test drive. Vehicle had some minor discrepancies, but what used vehicle doesn't? All in all the vehicle is nice and I am happy with my purchase.

This place is awful the phone number doesn't work, and I stopped by there sign said open from 10am to 6pm all locked up, even the neighbors new nothing about them There is definitely something fishy going on here. Somebody bought a car from them, they broke down infringement of my d.way and I just want it gone, so I went to this dealership and can't get a hold of nobody ???

Stan and Andrey sold me my 2008 Mercedes E350, which has turned out to be both a good value and a most excellent car. I found them to be responsive, trustworthy, and pleasant to deal with. I was an out-of-state buyer, so I needed lots of information and photos. They supplied me with the Carfax at no charge. They answered all my questions promptly and sent me additional photos of everything I requested, and, when I needed them to show initiative and integrity ("Are there any stains, tears, wear, etc., in the interior that I should be aware of?") they revealed everything, and took clear photos documenting the condition. They took, and picked-up, the car from a local mechanic I had found who conducted a pre-sale inspection. Negotiations were straightforward and simple; mostly done by text before I arrived. There were no surprises when I arrived in person. The car was spotless and ready for my test drive. An issue arose regarding specifically what document my state needed for registration, which required AK to send one of their employees to the WA DMV to procure the document and then send it to me--they did it all quickly, willingly, and correctly. They are the antithesis of the shady car dealership; I found them to be honest, trustworthy, efficient, and professional vendors of at least one exceptional automobile (mine). That they're polite and friendly is a bonus. I got it at a really good price, too.
