Awful experience in dealing with them on 3 separate occasions, two recently. A year or so ago, Katt Nguyen failed to respond to my requests for representation in a meeting where I was being targeted by my employer. Danielle Rau gave little to no assistance in the same case later down the road, and failed to show up to a scheduled Zoom meeting, then blamed me for her non-appearance. She was sent an email invite for the meeting. When this was brought up, and she was forwarded the message, she failed to respond to any further questions. I feel sorry for anyone that has to deal with this representation in any situation. Zero stars.

HORRIBLE! I see why this Union is a dying dinosaur. They will take your money and let the state take your job. They do not provide any services for the money you pay them and when you reach out for help because you're being discriminated against and working in a hostile work environment they ignore you. I used to be pro-union until I reached out for help and was met by dead silence and excuses. An investigation should be done into this union.

Union shop, one note, to get into the parking lot you need to enter in front of the building from Tacoma Mall Blvd, and not from the side. The building is a stand alone, "L" shaped building.
