With over 25 years in the real estate industry, Kirk felt compelled to start his own venture. The goal? To manage a growing real estate portfolio and pursue new real estate investments for a select group of clients. As our clients acquired more properties, we realized how helpful it would be to build a property management team to oversee the growing portfolio. Additional opportunities to take a hands-on role in developing properties soon arose. Before long, Affinity evolved into a full-service real estate management company.
