Something is seriously wrong here. I ordered an in stock item and while my credit card was charged immediately, it took them weeks to ship. I contacted Aero through their website to cancel my order and refund my card since the item had not shipped. Heard absolutely nothing back from them. Absolutely zero customer service. I finally received my order.
I have always been a fan of their products, but simply won’t deal with this BS in the future. Read the current reviews (sort by newest). And…if you decide to make a purchase from them, use a credit card-not a debit card. Just know that Aero Precision was sold to a new owner not long ago-so this is not the Aero Precision that loyal customer’s used to love. Hope this company can get their act together going forward. I certainly won’t be buying from them in the future.

Pitiful experience with Aero. I purchased a product and it took over a month just to ship. Horrible communication from this company. Only way to communicate is through online chat that had a queue of 25 people when I joined at 10am on a Friday. I sat in a queue for 1 hour and 15 minutes before the most awkward and least apologetic reply I’ve received. This is by far the worst communication and service that I’ve received EVER from any manufacturer. I have 0 intention on ever using Aero again. I highly suggest staying away.

I've purchased from Aero many times with no trouble - quick shipping and great quality products. Recently customer service has been TERRIBLE.
If you place an order MAKE CERTAIN it is IN STOCK! I placed an order July 10th and have yet to receive it September 16th! Multiple contacts with Aero who made several promises about delivery dates that have come and gone.
Beware of their ads for "contract overrun" or "we made too many." That's code word for "pre-sale" at Aero.
I don't know that I'll buy from then again.

I think aero offers really great parts for the money, super good value. However their service is a complete joke. Items do not ship in a timely manner, it seems like they need more people filling orders.
Their CS reps chatting online are not helpful either.

Had purchased and paid for Contract Overrun Items on sale in July, it has been 2 months now since my order confirmation no notification of shipment or response to my 1st request submission. Called company 4 times at various hours left on hold for 1 hour, they should overhaul their work ethics and customer relations. Other vendors I purchased from had my ordered items shipped and delivered within a week. This company bait customers with items for sale and take hard earn peoples money with no result of completing the sale which of course is a contract when they accept your credit card payment. Customer complaints should be filed to the Better Business Bureau on Aero Precision sale practices. Better off buying from outside vendor or other companies than direct with Aero Precision with similar items.

Spent more on overnight shipping than my part cost, weeks later and still hadn’t shipped. Never do business with aero precision. Tried to call to ask when my order would ship and they have an automated system that tells you no one is available to take your call no matter what time of day. Save your self the time and hassle and order a higher quality lower from a reputable company that cares enough to answer the phone.

good products but crap customer service. Expect your order for items in stock to sit for 3 weeks or so before they get around to ship it, then customer service will have attitude about it.

Bait and switch. They offer a sale on an item, you purchase it, weeks go by and it doesn't ship. Oh, but they say, " items won't ship until x date" Doesn't say that on the purchase listing of the item, oh wait, it does now. Best to buy their products from companies who want your business, not this company. They just bank your monies and wait until you blink. NEVER AGAIN will I purchase for this liberal employed company.

Alright, I should have read the reviews before making a purchase through this company. They have a good name as far as product goes so I wanted my AR to feature some of their stuff. I bought a lower parts kit from their website and the rest of my rifle from many other sites. Companies like BCM, WPA, and Optics planet got me all of my parts in 3 days. I’m still waiting on AERO to be done processing my $40 part….. 8 days later.
my suggestion for the people to avoid AERO customer service is to buy AERO parts on OPTICSPLANET. You get them for a better price and faster shipping.

There are a lot of reviews here about bad customer service. They look like they were from a few years ago and things may have gotten better. I had a GOOD customer service interaction. It is true that they do not answer the phone. Don't even bother. However, the online chat is a different story. The chat "icon" only appears on their website when someone is available. Both times that I had to contact them during my issue (billing), someone was on the chat within 60 seconds and they resolved the issue on the spot. Shipping was incredilbly fast and the products were great.

Good company to do business with. Quality, customer service, and price is great. Had an issue with one part and contacted customer service. Replacement part was shipped free of charge. Will continue to buy from aero precision as they stand behind their brand and products!

Please invest in customer service, your parts a really nice but there is absolutely no lines of communication to be had. Quite possibly the worst in the industry.
