Took my 2013 6.7 Ram in for new Morimoto head lamp assemblies. Mathew and his team did a great job. Lights work great, truck looks great. I'll be bringing my 5.9 in for some work. Great shop, good prompt work, honest pricing.

After being to a nightmare repair center, I was shocked at the amazing service and knowledge that Spencer gave at this shop.Anybody that needs any diesel repair or electrical work -this is the man to see.My truck had been in the other shop for four months and couldn't correct the issues so I had to bite the bullet . Had to take it to another shop, and I am so thankful that I chose addiction diesel. This shop was the most responsive service, keeping me in the loop, the entire process and fixed all the issues that I was told could not be repaired by their competitor.I cannot say enough about my experience with the shop, they were amazing. Thank you Spencer , you now have a loyal customer for life. If I could give you more stars, I would !

Took my truck in to these guys, was referred by a friend saying they did good work. Turned out they scratched my drivers door while it was parked in the bay, rubbing up against the lift. The person that referred me, I found out later, had exact same scratches. Picked up truck and seemed to run better after stand pipes and dummy plugs and injectors were replaced, Charge pipe blew off after 2 days, and when I opened the hood found bolts and other misc. parts laying in the engine bay.I was told and quoted that they would use oem parts, but after looking at final bill the only used oem injectors, which I now question as I've had to replace 3 of those, and replace stand pipes and dummy plugs within 2 months of getting truck back.I didn't trust to take it back to deal with the shop person, Spencer, and took it to a reputable shop to get it repaired correctly. They were supposed to get a hold of their ins. co. to repair the damage they caused to my drivers door and never heard back, even after I had my insurance co. contact them. Worst repair facility I have ever been to, and I've tried a few. They don't stand behind their work. don.t care about the truck while its in their care, and are difficult to deal with when something is not done correctly, as also seen in the other review . Try somewhere else, their are other good shops out there.

Did not fix my truck, replaced everything but what was wrong with it. Wiring not put back into clips, almost all are broken. I will tell everyone I know not to go there. I wouldn’t do work like that even If didn’t like someone. For 8,000 dollars.Services: Vehicle Inspection

On March-April 2021 I spent $8572 at Addiction Diesel in Spanaway, WA. for the Malone Stage 4 Big Turbo, new engine mounts, and engine belt replacements and $785 for car rentals. I was the first for Addiction Diesel to install the Malone stage 4 big turbo upgrade but I was fine with that since I believe we all need to start learning somewhere and trusted their workmanship ability. Below are the things that made me write this negative review for Addiction Diesel and do not recommend them for any TDI owners: 1. Addiction Diesel promised me 1 week to complete the entire project after receiving all the required parts but ended up taking over 3 weeks. 2. Addiction Diesel charged me 3 credit card fees without letting me know of any payment options. I could've paid them with a check or even cash. 3. Addiction Diesel said that they would order the parts so that I could have a warranty but they never disclosed their warranty information before or after the project. 4. Addiction Diesel completed the job and returned the car to me with a known exhaust leak and asked me to reschedule 2 weeks after to fix the exhaust leak. 5. I had to call and text Addiction Diesel several times to make an appointment for this rework. 6. Addiction Diesel patched the exhaust leak and within a couple of days, the leak was worse than before. It was so bad that I had to run the car with cabin vents closed at all time; immediately after startup. The turbo sounded abnormal with a grinding noise rather than a whistle and also had an oil leak. And the car had no power. The glow plug light and engine light come on when I operate the car over 2K rpm or over 60 mph. Performance was way below my stage 2 tune. 7. Addiction Diesel didn't secure the intake down per specification and caused the intake assembly to fall apart while driving. I heard scratching noises and discovered my OEM intake fell apart and being chopped up by the cooling fan. I had to buy a new intake and replaced it myself. Lucky for me the fan was not damaged. 8. I called and text Addiction Diesel numerous times about the continuous exhaust leak, turbo abnormal noise, oil leak, and poor performance and they totally avoided me. 9. Addiction diesel was careless and sloppy and lost a few of my detail parts such as lug nut lock, lug nut caps, engine splash cover screw. 10. I gave up on Addiction Diesel's workmanship and customer service knowing that Addiction Diesel would do more damage to my car so I went to Too Quick's German Auto Services. 11. Too Quick's trouble shoot my car and found that Addiction Diesel jerry-rigged or used a truck V-Clamp instead of getting a VW OEM V-Clamp for $25 to deal with the exhaust leak. Morever Addiction Diesel blamed Rawtek's exhaust for the leak. But I never had an exhaust leak prior to Addiction Diesel working on my car. 12. Too Quick's removed the Turbo and found it totally damaged. Lucky for me I was in contact with Malone from day 1 after Addiction Diesel handed over the car to me and knew all about my pain. Malone sent Too Quick's a new turbo and reworked Addiction Diesel's pathetic workmanship. The turbo turbine blades and housing were chopped to pieces and lucky for me that didn't damage the engine. Now for the first time I am able to experience the Malone Stage 4 Big Turbo and clean air. 13. I will never use Addiction Diesel for anything in the future and do not recommend any TDI owners to do business with them. They don't know what they're doing; they just want your money. Go to Too Quick's German Auto. Please see photos for yourself if site has photo capability.
