I recently had my blood drawn for employment purposes and I’m so glad they referred me to Acts Pharmacy. From the moment I walked in the service was exceptional. The pharmacist was very friendly, and quite informative. The gentleman who drew my blood was so gentle I was finished before I knew it. Outstanding customer service from beginning to end!

Edit : And then a woman calls me and wants to talk about what happened,I'm sorry,I did not give my phone number,or information and putting me on the spot,outta the blue,calling from a number that just said "Healthcare" which is like when my Dr's office calls me,well I found that EXTREMELY off-putting and am now more upset with this place.Took my business to another company because of the rudeness of the man who answered the phone.First off,the address says Union,not 19th street,so how are you gonna get snippy with me when I can't find it ? And then to not even tell me that they were currently closed ? When I say I'm at the corner of 19th & Union looking for the location right that minute.If customer service is that bad just asking for help finding the place,then no WAY am I going to subject myself to more rudeness while trying to get much needed healthcare supplies.

The people at ACTS pharmacy in Tacoma central near Allenmore hospital couldn't be a nicer more professional crew. ACTS pharmacy was so helpful fast and efficient, I needed a Hep B titer test immediately and Wilbur was able to do it within an hour! results are fast :) if you are a student get your required vaccines with them!!
