I went there a few months ago and used my 7-Eleven app to purchase items without having to go to the checkout.
When I attempted to leave the store the clerk stopped me and said I had to pay for it I showed him on the app that I already had he didn't believe me he said they don't use the app yet there were signs posted at the door saying they do after everything was said and done I use the cash on the app and then they took more cash after I left the store using their register it was still open to my account after I was said and done the reimburse me 9000 points I thought that was great when I realized it wasn't very much.
The second time was when I used my debit card is there ATM at the same time I was pulling $60 out of my debit my bank at the same time someone in Nashville Tennessee used the same card which was a physical card to pull out $33 and some change I disputed it with my bank and after 7 days they refunded my $33 because how could my physical card be used in two places at one time in two different states regards to say I will never go back to that 7-Eleven they're feisty

Both attendants behind the counter accused me of stealing/cancelling a pickup order from days prior, and tried telling me I had to pay now. They also claimed it was more than double the price I actually paid. Now I'm waiting for a phone call from the owner.

Store was clean and well stocked. Took a little time at register, but that was due to customer issue. Having a backup cashier would have fixed that. Otherwise, great.

This is usually my fav 711 HOWEVER I used my new debit card here after ordering a new one due to fraudulent charges… This was the 1st time ever using my new card and now l have fraudulent charges AGAIN! And used the tap to pay but the cashier grabbed my card and did it so idk if they’re taking videos from there phone or what but I’m SURE it was here being that I’ve never used the card anywhere else this time.

I went to this 711 on 56 St and Portland, I asked my 16 year old son to go in and ask if they can break a $20 for four $5s or a $10 and two $5! Point is I needed a $5 from the $20. I told him to buy something if the teller requested.
My son walked in and the man immediately dismissed my son saying he won’t break the $20!
I go in and I asked the same question, (my son is black) I am not, I am light brown, fair skinned! He immediately said yes to me! I got my change, asked my son to come back into the store and I asked the man “Why was he able to give me change and not my son?” I said “I’m lighter than you, (He looked Hindu or of Parsi decent) if your son came into my store and I was dismissive like you were to my son would that be ok?!” He then proceeded to imply that he spoke no English! I am appalled by this man’s behavior towards people of color. He is a man of color himself, he should have more discernment, than to be racially profiling a young boy!
711, you have todo better at choosing your employees! I understand there are thief’s and people commit crimes in Tacoma all of the time but criminals come in all skin colors!!

Not public restroom, that's what the person in the 7 eleven store said.
I understand that stores deal with homeless people, but not everyone is homeless.
I was going to buy some merchandise but decided to ask first if I could use the restroom since I do deliveries and stay away from home for a few hours.

Up until today I was not happy with the customer service at this location, but today has mage things even worse. The employee that was helping me is the same guy that is always there helping. Talking to whoever he is talking to his phone the whole time he was ringing me up. Then did not bag all my stuff up so when I left I did not have all the stuff I paid for. Then when I call the store it dose straight to voice mail. I don't know who the owner is but I would be looking into this location hard. It has been nothing but down hill and thats not to mention all the product that the other 7-11 have out that this location dose not. So long story short this location needs a new lesson in customer service.

Ever since the ownership and staff changed the quality has completely gone down hill. Nobody there talks and constantly has airpods in and are on the phone, even with customers they are currently interacting with at the register. I get being bored between waves, but that is insane to be spoken to and it turns out you're not even in the conversation.Pricing has risen sharply, beyond that of the overall inflation every store is experiencing. Nothing ever seems to be stocked, food is burnt or just completely gross, and anytime I use DoorDash the orders are completely borked and either half the items are missing or just completely wrong. And I know dashers aren't shopping as I've witnessed the items being bagged prior to the Dasher arriving. This sucks, I miss the old crew that were fun, helpful, and ran a tight ship and made me feel like I was part of the neighborhood.

They have the light outside taking up a parking spot like the police. It's like they opened up in an area serving poor brown people and became afraid when poor brown people started coming inside.
