Intended to grab some coffee and use the restroom, however I was informed store has policy of no restroom available to customers- so I left. Next time I need coffee or gas I'll go somewhere else, and I'll keep doing that.?♀️

I found the manager of this store to be very patient and understanding when I presented her with a problem I was having understanding how the Lotto was played and about the payouts. She explained everything to me to my satisfaction!!

The day cashier, Chris, was having issues with the register, and I couldn't use my digital wallet. No other way to pay, but wouldn't try it on the other register, even though I saw him checking other customers out on it. Idk why he didn't want to, but I left without the items.

I once had an exceptional problem with place, the staff at the time would lie to me not be very friendly and the store just wasn't a place I liked to go to. Over the past 5 to 6 years those problems have gone away and now I get greeted by those working has I walk in the store along with everyone else that walks in. Also the store has been cleaned up a lot. Even in the area that the store is in is not the greatest I still feel safe to walk in the place and get what I need. Also the staff is helpful when it comes to using things like loading money on the cash app card. They explained what was needed and how it worked making it easy for me to understand.

Thank you to this location. For being able to load my prepaid cards here. Other Tacoma locations always say their machine is down or that they don’t load those cards. Very inconvenient for the customer . They should put a sign on door and on their google site that they don’t offer that service.

seems that some of the clerks at this store have a problem with how much money i spend and how i place my money on the counter. absolutely nutso ,they go out of there way to say hi to every customer ,and then they don't miss an opportunity to put someone in there place on how they place there money on the counter. its all about choices they choose to be disrespectful and i chose to make sure my family of 6 never spend another penny at this dump. have you seen the parking lot.

I've been a patron of this particular 7 Eleven for about 5 years. It's It's well kept and clean environment with clerks who are pleasant and helpful. I have never had a bad situation occur. That is until recently! On April 7, 2022 my 11 year old male teacup chihuahua, named Budgie, got scared and bolted away from my van. However before I could race to him he vanished.I ran into the store to see if one of the employees had seen him. I was told that an individual had picked Budgie up and taken him into their vehicle which was described as a Black Chrysler 309 with damaged front end. That is the vehicle I saw as I ran towards the store which took a right on Portland Ave and sped off.I asked the clerk if I could put a sign on the door, a bulletin in the store to ask for help finding Budgie. I was told that I had to speak with the manager who wouldn't be available u til 6am. At the time this happened It was only a little after 8pm and so I spent the very long a d cold night outsidethe store.Throughout the night the clerks came out to tell me to leave. I was not making noise or disrupting the client flow. I simply help a very nice and neat sign describing Budgie and did not interact with approaching or leaving customers. Several times the clerks were disrespectful and the last time they asked me to leave stating "7 Eleven does not allow us to put up signs on their doors or posters on the lot!" was the clerks words and he continued with " I don't care if it's your Mother who is $%^#^$ missing. NOW GET RHE ^$*# OUT OF HERE!"I promptly left however stayed just off the property with the sign and waited for the day manager to arrive.Unfortunately when the manager did arrive and spoke with me neither the mood nor the ability to leave a sign had changed accompanied with a threat to call police .I was appalled! Budgie has been with me for all of his 11 years of life. And while I understand that there can be problems associated with allowing signs and posters to be placed on the building or in the store!I simply cannot believe 7 Eleven could care less and even prevent anyone from placing signs to make the public aware of a missing animal or person! The demeanor of the clerks and the manager was far from professional much less compassionate. Budgie is still missing as of tonight.
