Just bought 2 Starbucks drink on may 7th 2024 and both are expired with chuncks in it

To be clear I usually only frequent here to buy lottery tickets and end up purchasing other things also like big gulp, slurpees, candy, etc. now the guy who wears the ball cap and has a beard that usually works Monday thru Friday is super nice...never had a problem with him.
However, I went to purchase Powerball on Sat. and that guy wasn't working it was this (India/Middle Eastern) guy and he was super rude with a chip on his shoulder. I merely stated I voided the last ticket and added another on a different sheet so it would ring up to 10 dollars. He freaked out and said he has nothing to do with Powerball and rings up how it rings up and I have to pay for the tickets it prints regardless do I want it yes or no? I said yes I want it...be cool I literally used these same numbers last time so I know it the will ring properly I just was trying to let him him know in case he thought I had 6 tickets instead of 5. He said...I have nothing to do with Powerball. Then when I went to pay he ask if it was debit or credit not like in a nice way but leaning over trying to check out my card....like I was trying to screw him over or something. I said debit. He said that's fine as long as it's not credit. I looked at my son like what is this guys deal? He clearly doesn't understand customer service. Even if I gave him grace with the thought that maybe he was having a bad day from a different customer doesn't mean u take it out on all the other customers. So to sum up...don't go there on the weekend and only frequent when the other guy works there during the work week. I guess the weekend guy doesn't understand his gas station wins money if one of his customers pull the winning jackpot. My son said...if we win we should buy the whole store and fire his 6. ? I said he probably owns the store and doesn't care regardless. He didn't seem too invested in anything but himself.

False advertising , C4 is clearly marked for 2 for $5 but I get charged $9. I won't be coming back to this store anytime soon

I'm giving this 711 a 5 star rating because,1- the employee's there have always been kind and nice to me.2nd- they are still nice to me and always treat me with respect.3rd of all. The respect they still give me whenever I go there. They also take the time to talk to me, next thing I know, 30 minutes just past because they are just that nice.

This 7-11 is very convenient and has most of what you probably want. Be patient with the people working here - they put up with a LOT of your fellow Tacoma people. Including me - we're in this together!

Very clean store. Out of all the local 7Elevens, 56th \\u0026 McKinley by far have the best cashiers!

Wasn't to busy at that time no prices on the candy / chips Exedra. The guy at the register started rushing us while looking at the hats so he lost a sale there

Randomly close for an hour - 2hours at a time to "clean or cuz they got a truck in" an the employee was rude when asked when they would reopen also had ants on the counter by the coffee an soda machines would rather go to the one down the street where shootings happen all the time

I have always loved 7-Eleven but this one has been consistently bad, even before the pandemic. Unfortunately, it's the closest one to my house so I sometimes find my self here out of convenience. Today was one of those times and my first time during the pandemic.Four out of the six customers that were helped while I was there were not wearing a mask, the staff clearly didn't care. One of the customers looked at me like I was the freak for wearing a mask, which makes me wonder if people go out of their way to this store to avoid being "harassed" for not wearing one.The soda fountain was sticky and dirty looking. And the clerk working the counter (older white lady) was wearing a face shield but had it flipped up the whole time.I will take other people's advice and avoid this one like the plague.
