The cashier and the employee there, saw me and my friend but ignored us when we only wanted to buy a donut!!!! He is so rude and irresponsible, he just looked at us and pretended not to see us, he even locked the door!!! So mad, no respect for customers at all

If I could this place 0 stars I would. Owner was rude and unprofessional. She said mean things to me because I changed my mind about a purchase and wanted to get something else. She said I was wasting her money and told me I was being selfish. She told me I was banned and didn't want my business anymore. I called the corporate offices to report her. Based on these reviews I'm not the only one who's had a bad experience with her.

Loud speakers blasting outside at 130 decibels. I have Pavorati stuck in my head now.
Does bother with an auto reply on here, just make the internment camp speakers quiet enough my ears don't bleed

employee said they are closed it is 2:51 am Saturday 17, 2024 . It's now 2:54 employee opened doors for one person I will not be going in if they are closed they should not be here at all.

Never will patronize this store again. Not only is filthy inside and out. When I went to use a preaid gift card last night, the cashier made me swipe my card twice, then let me know there was only two dollars available. I thought this was odd, as this was the first purchase I had made on the card. After looking into my balance this morning, it appears he stole the information for my gift card and purchased $98 worth of items on Amazon using my card. Be very careful with your card information at this store, clearly their employees are defrauding customers. Odds are this isn't the first time this has happened and will not be the last.

You know what's crazy? Waiting in line to pay for a drink and hearing somebody tell over the intercom, accusing someone of stealing for all to hear, and then to watch them prove that they didn't steal anything. Wild.
