Very bad, I have a car that has not given me the license plates since 18 months have passed and I have not received the title or license plates. I had problems with the police because they did not register the vehicle in Washington. Furthermore, he does not want to return my money and he does not answer me. phone and the secretary always says that she doesn't know anything

Had a fantastic experience with Jake (owner) when our AC had a problem leaking back into our trailer. Received same day service, and Eldon (tech) was polite, knowledgeable, fast, and did a great job of cleaning everything out! We will be calling them again!! 5 Stars!!

I purchased a honda crv from Jake. During the process he was kind, patient, and fair. We negotiated and I never felt pressured into the sale which you don’t see these days. After the purchase they offered to deliver the vehicle to me over 45 minutes away. The experience was nothing but pleasant. A dealership that actually cares, highly recommend doing business at 512.

Bought a airstream 396xl got the best deal I ever got on a motorhome excelent mechanical condition needed a few things in the interior but its like new now could get twice what I paid for it thanks again jake

I Purchased a 5th Wheel Toy Hauler from this dealership. I met the owner Jake and he is down to earth. When I was looking at the Toy Hauler there were things that were being fixed on it because Jake had just taken possession of it and was getting it ready for sale. So I told him that I was interested in buying it and he gave me his word that everything would work if I was to buy it. I told them that I would buy it and he let me know how long he needed to get everything fixed. Jake was true to his word and I am now enjoying my 5th Where Toy Hauler with no worries. I Highly recommend checking out his inventory and purchase something from him. It is very hard to find honest people these days. If I was to purchase a RV again 512 Auto & RV Sales would be the first place I would go.

Don’t buy from these people! They say anything to get you to buy their barely working cars and rvs. They are part of a ring of people who pass off bad cars and rvs as working and for what they’re listed as but it’s a complete lie! Scammers!!!!! Buyer beware!!! Look at all the reviews before buying from them!

Ad stated All Working Facilities, it did not. Salesman stated no water damage or leaks, it had them. He offered to fix it for free, was very happy. After two weeks I attempted to Pick it up. Leaks were actively dripping, water damage was way worse, pools of water on boards and floor. The smell was overwhelming. Salesman offered to bring it to another rv mechanic and have his upholstery guy work on it. Was losing patience but allowed it for another week+. 3rd attempt, standing water, rot so bad the integrity of the frame was bent, multiple things weren't touched since 2nd attempt. Salesman claimed "bought as is" and "buyers remorse. Don't come here, if you have to bring mechanic. Pictures after they "fixed" it

do not trust these people. i'd give a 0 if i could. we bought a fixer upper from them and they offered to help with anything that may be wrong with it, so we thought they would have the facilities to fix its leaks. this is where we went wrong.
they didn't even bother tarping it when we left it with them. it was whole tiresome ordeal of little to no communication and straight up being dishonest, including dumping it on another business for them to attempt to fix after we were unsatisfied with 512's first attempt (and the other business had atrocious reviews!) we are unsure why they offered to help fix the leaks if they were just going to make it worse, and frankly we would have been better off taking care of it ouselves in the first place than ever trusting these guys.
the final phone call was an absolute joke of this jake guy shifting the blame on my partner and claiming buyer's remorse when no- we are just pissed they made things so much worse, we are pissed they feigned friendliness and helpfulness and cost us so much more in the end.
straight up baffles me why they offered to help fix it when they just... didn't.
just avoid them all together. life lesson, learned!
ray seemed like a nice guy, sorry he has to work with sheisters and conmen.
watch out for lemons from these people. they do lie to cover up stuff that looks bad in their rvs. (when we asked about water damage prior to a purchase, they claimed it was from CONDENSATION!!)
[edit] cop out response from the owner. again i advise anyone to seek out different place for ur rv and different place for repairs. do. not. trust. these people.
also it's a 1994, confirmed by insurance. these guys dont even know the vehicles they sell, smh. ?

by far the worst dealer ship i have delt with in the state of washington!! i bought a used van from them about 2 months ago! found black tar heroine in the back doors with used needles and such! then a week after having the van i horrible shake while driving over 50mph come to find out it had the wrong wheels they didn’t fit the vehicles hub! i have yet to receive my plates by mail like i was promised and can not get a single person to answer the phone

I bought an older motor home. Jake worked well with me and he stood by the guarantee. When the interior lights didn’t work he fixed them without question and even repaired a leak in the roof. Felt good to know there are still good people out there.

Very satisfied with my purchase from them. Jake and Mike were very straight forward, not pushy like other salesmen out there. Yes it took a bit longer than expected for the plate and registration, because things happen, but I got the call when it was ready. I would totally recommend checking out 512 Auto&RV.They went above and beyond.Thanks again, guys.
