I recently contacted Ben Vasquez from Total Offroad & More in regards to a custom restoration project that I've been working on. This project was not the typical vehicles that come into the shop but rather a 96 Impala that I needed someone's expertise in installing upper and lower adjustable rear trailing arms and alignment for my rear end because of the size of rims that I currently have they were rubbing extremely bad. Ben Vasquez made me feel comfortable with the choice I made in contacting them and agreed to take on the project installing the parts that I provided from UMI Performance.
His staff was great, from the guys that work the counter in the store to the guys installing the parts I can't say enough about the overall experience and their professionalism at Total Offroad & More in Tacoma. I especially want to thank them for being patient with me as well because I travel for work and they were understanding of my situation and how I was unable to come pick up my car for a few days which I really appreciated.
The car rides extremely different, there is no more rubbing the rear end is centered and I was finally able to attach my wheel well trim which was virtually impossible to do prior to bring the car in. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will definitely be returning once I begin working on my other project with is a 95 obs suburban.

Had suspension rebuilt on my TJ Jeep, they inspected, and set me up with a step up from factory replacement parts, at a decent price, including install. After 500 they re-torqued everything, and everything is good for hopefully another 150,000 miles.

Have to give a great shout out to the crew at Total Off-road in Tacoma!! We had a Thuren leveling kit, 2” coil springs, shocks, track bar, stabilizer bar, and new 35” tires & wheels mounted put on the 2011 Ram 2500 diesel.
Their service, and communication was great. Truck not only looks good, but aligned perfectly!!
Highly recommend these guys!! Thank you Total Off-road!!

I wish I didn't have to leave this review but I do. This shop is shady, no other way to describe it. Issue 1, I ordered a suspension kit and received the same brand and line, but at a lower load rating, they installed it and i was none the wiser as they are visually identical. That suspension failed and has left me with a messed up rear suspension. Issue 2, they attempted to sell me used tires they described as "like new" less than 100 miles, turns out they were damaged and patched. I'm working with their corporate offices to resolve my issue. It's just really unfortunate that mechanics and their shops get a bad wrap, i dont agree with it until now. I now find myself a victim of their shady business practices. Take your business elsewhere.

I called the store and TJ answered and ended up heading in to see what we could find for a lift kit. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain and throw an estimate together. It was one of the best customer experiences I've ever had in an automotive industry setting. I'm excited to purchase a lift kit here.

I had new tow package,leaf springs and air bags put on my truck. Wanted to upgrade for towing my toy hauler(safety thing for me). I go on vacation not even a week after having all this stuff installed, the air fitting on one of the bags leaks,i called 4 wheel parts to have it documented for warranty purposes and i got bring it in and we'll see what we can do about the warranty process. I said im 7+ hours away cant bring it in for another week plus. Nothing was ever said to me about a 10 day after purchase inspection when i called or even when i walked out the door the day i picked my truck up. Fast forward this setup is not even 3 months old i am always keeping up on my truck because i paid good money for it and i take care of my stuff. I hear a rattle so i climb underneath and all but a couple bolts were loose and a nut was missing in the mix and on top of that i discovered my bags have broken belts now im mad. I called to let them know so i can get warranty replacement and all i got was oh you didnt bring it in for the 10 day inspection so your warranty is no good. $4000 worth of upgrades and they wont even honor new bags. But they can "help" with the cost of new ones out of my pocket. It sounds like the dont mention the 10 day inspection so you won't know and after that they're free and clear and you get bent over if something happens to your stuff. Absolute bulls*!$ would not recommend this place I should've had les schwab do the work would've been a little more expensive but they're local for me and they would honor the warranty and told/explained to me about the warranty and what/ when to bring it back in.
