Horrible post office, Im not aloud to pick up my own packages, the items i purchased that belong to me that were delivered here.....are not avalible until 24hrs after delivering. joke!

Consistently dealing with our mail and packages being delivered to the wrong address. Most recently having vital medication delivered to the wrong address and no one being able to track it down. Definitely not stolen because we have a locking mailbox.**UPDATE**We saw on our security camera that USPS casually dropped off our missing package yesterday after insisting they didn't have it nor did they know where it was. They delivered it 6 days after the tracking number said it was "Delivered."

Terrible customer service, they send mail back even when the name matches the name on your box. Make constant mistakes for which there are no repercussions.

Longer wait times are to be expected at any post office when it’s busy and especially at a smaller one like this. I personally prefer the vibe at a smaller post office as opposed to a larger one though and the staff here is highly efficient, helpful, patient and kind, regardless. I’m grateful to have them so close to where I live here in Suquamish.

Yesterday.I was tracking my packages through the usps app.I got homd.While walking in the door i seen the newer mail lady drive down road opposite our mailbox.Several hours later.Around 830 pm i get an alert saying mail is undeliverable because mailbox or area around mailbox is blocked A bold face lie! This mail woman was too tired too funish her route.Or nust too lazy.Post Master told me one day when i had a similar experience.We are the very end of her route.We are watching you...

These guys give me hope with the USPS! Excellent customer service. Don't bother with poulsbo post office - those folks over there look at your postal needs as a burden.

Usually only 1 or 2 people on staff so you can expect to wait awhile during a rush but the people are friendly and efficient.

What is going on here? Mail sent to our home address was returned so we set-up a PO Box. Now mail sent to our PO Box has been returned (on numerous occasions); and other people's mail has ended-up sorted into our PO Box ... I've resorted to having important mail and packages sent to my work, just to be sure to receive them. It's disappointing. The person at the front desk is always friendly, but the people sorting mail don't appear to care about how they serve their community.
