“Early Sunday morning November 12th of 23, getting ready to go to the grocery store stepped out front, boom my passenger front tire is flat.All of the other repair stores are totally booked, I would have needed to call my insurance company to get a tow because I didn't want to ride on the rim, BT is first on the internet, and he didn't let me down just like the website says 24 hours a day. He arrived about a half an hour later and we saw the problem, Big screw and he was able to fix it right on the spot, BT mobile tire rocks.”

“So I had some issues with my 2003 K2500HD. I had driven it to WY and back (2000 miles) and thought an oil change and fluid check would be a good idea.During the inspection it was discovered that my transfer case was destroyed and there was maybe a half cup of silvery metallic liquid in the bottom along with pieces of metal. It was a good thing that I never engaged 4-wheel drive while on that trip. I also asked for the tires to be spun balanced and rotated and the oil changed. They installed a Jasper brand component which came with a warranty. That's cool.All the work was completed and they noted a dye-detected small leak of oil where the oil filter attaches to the engine, but that will be for another time.Then....about a week later I was out picking up dinner and my truck would not start. It would turn over but then die....no solid idle. I was able to drop it off at Benchmark and they found that the fuel pump has failed. I've owned the truck since 87,000 miles and never had that replaced so at 202,000 miles, I'd say it performed for quite a long while before failure.Of course I had a FULL tank of gas, but they worked through all these things and got my truck beck and running. “I needed a couple of tires for my Volvo and made an appointment for 4/2. I arrived a few minutes early and Byron assisted me. I shared what tire size and brand I wanted and he didn't try to up sell me, which is a great start! Byron did suggest I change the wipers on the car, and I told him I was going to do that myself after the tire installation. He offered a discount to earn my business and beat any retail store around town! The tech took my car in rotated the tires and installed the new ones as well as installing the new wipers. The car was done within 20 minutes! I'm not saying it's always this quick of service, but today it was and I appreciated the quickness of the work. I have been to this location several times and have always had a good experience, but today was stellar! Thanks Byron! And all the service techs that worked on my car too!”

“These guys were fantastic and very accommodating. I was getting all seasons put on my sports car and they took their time with the removal of my low profile summer tires leaving the wheels in perfect condition. They gave me all the info I asked for, bagged up and measured the tread on the old tires, and were ok with me lurking around and observing the install. Was in and out in about 90-120 minutes. Staff was all incredibly kind. Thanks guys!”
“Great job on what they do just slow with changing two tiers for me had to waite two in a half hours and pay 307.00 witch is okay in price but lost my center wheel bearing cap on my drivers side but at least i still got all three of my center caps for my rims , just don't understand how or why it came off my lugnutts are not covered by any caps so my cap should of never came off the vehicles tier to begin with.”
