“Excellent customer service! I don't live on Bainbridge but I got a flat tire and called Hockett & Olsen. The staff were super friendly and kind, and told me to come on over. They fixed the flat in about 20 mintues and didn't charge me anything. Highly recommend this place.”

“Best experience dealing with a flat tire that I have ever had. I had a huge hole in my tire from a screw which was leaking bad, and it happened at 7:00 pm when all the tire shops were already closed, but I saw BT Mobull tire was open so I called and when I arrived, he had my tire plugged, filled with air, and back on my car in about 10 minutes. Will hopefully not need his services again, but if I do, I know who I'm calling first.”

“One of the best places for wheels tires and suspension it’s a little late for my review but I got new wheels and tires a few months ago because my last one came bent with the car. They hooked me up with credit so I could replace my wheels and tires and they did so in a speedy and supper friendly manner! And most recently they replaced my sway bar end links in less than 2 hours while they where pretty busy which is mind boggling to me when the bolts where stripped out and they had to cut them out and I’ve never had a bad experience coming into this store. Always super friendly and helpful with anything I needed. Huge shoutout to both Gabe’s and Randy for your customer service!”
“Shout out to poulsbo leschwab. We managed to blow a tire on our boat trailer in the town of Brinnon, which is roughly an hour away. This location was willing to stay a little bit after closing and waited for my wife to arrive with rim and tire. They were able to mount and balance a new one and get us back on the road. You really went above the call.

“I arrived about 530 and there was only one car in front of me. I went there for an oil change and from start to finish it was about 1hr 45mins. They only had two people working so although to some it may seem like a long wait, I think for the price and service it’s worth it.”

“I always feel lost and uncomfortable in a store bigger than the town I grew up in, so I've only rarely gone to Cosco during the last 25 years, but lately I've taken to getting stuff delivered on a regular basis. Pretty big savings even allowing for the delivery tip. Did get melons that came old, mushy, flavorless, but that was just one time, mostly it's been a good deal.”
“Excellent and prompt service. Bought some new tires here in 2023, and one went flat a little over a year later. They took the tire in, and quickly determined it was a bad valve stem (it does happen). They prompty took care of it over 1 year later and had me on my way pretty fast. Great service.”
“I purchased the lifetime alignment about 6 years ago. I take my vehicle in about every couple years and get it checked. They also look at the vehicle and make sure it's road-safe. I highly recommend buying this service plan, especially if you keep vehicles for longer term.”

“These guys are awesome! While driving my transmission started acting up. I looked all around and every place I called eithet gave me the run around saying that the filter would have to be ordered or that they couldn't change the fluid or they were closed. These guys not only were open but said it was an easy fix and they had everything in stock as it was a common filter. They even understood I was with family and was nice enough to give me a ride to drop off and pick up the car so that I could attend to the medical appt my kid had. Since then I have not had any issues with my transmission. I highly recommend this place!!”
