Super patient and thorough for a very difficult repair, especially during a time when it's difficult to get parts from suppliers. Went above and beyond to test to make sure the car was actually working before returning the vehicle. They discovered an issue with a part received from a supplier and negotiated to get it replaced, then kept to test extensively after it was repaired and generously waived charges for that extra time.
