Came to the store last night to get some index cards, pens and stationary items. As I walked around to shop i seen at the end cap post it notes for .97 cents. I thought GEE that's a really good price. So I got two packages. As i came to the self check out and started ringing my items up, the post it notes rang up as $10.87. I thought what the heck! So i complained and even took the associate to the end cap. He took my post its put them back up on the end cap rang it up on his price checker and said, No they are $10.87 and I said look at your sign. He said well thats wrong. I said well that's not my problem but rather your store problem. I said the law states if you reasonably advertise merchandise and advertise it at such a price you must honor the price or its false advertisement. He got his manager i dealt with them and in the end i got it for what they mistakenly listed them at. Main complaint about this store is they do this all the time. They are really bad about it in the craft section as well as electronics. People are not paying attenton and just priceing stuff to whatever! It's not the customer responsability to conduct price mark control. That is the job, task and responsability of the sales associates at walmart. Was a big to do. Had to argue! I am like are you kidding me! People have lost there minds! Walmart your a billion dollar company. You have the money, resources and responsability to train your employees it is not the public responsability to train them for you!

I've been going to this Walmart for a long time, and I feel pretty good about it and the Subway...

The store manager cinthiay is the worst manager Walmart has ever had. She ignores you and doesn't grasp the concept of what your complaint is. She completely lacks the ability to even begin to make things right for customers. Was Walmart so desperate for a manger when they put her in charge.

Worst walmart ever. Cynthia the manager is out of her mind. When asked to provide a policy stating that all ID's in party be provided, I waited over 10 min and the policy was never produced. Asset protection was brought to try and intimidate me by telling me I was intimidating their cashier.(I was with my cousin on Xmas eve, he had a pic of his ID). I was purchasing everything. Cynthia(store manager) proceeded to also lie about it being state law that everyone in party is required to show ID when purchasing alcohol(blatant lie). This manager is a liar. This manager should be fired for making stuff up. As a corporation this type of leadership should have the tact to asses the situation and make the right decision. Common sense should be common. I guess not when it comes to Cynthia and her attempt to intimidate customers with asset protection(haha). What a joke of a manager you have!!

This is the worst Walmart in Washington State. No help when you need it. Dirty bathrooms. Customers leave half eaten food all over the store. Sam Walton would be rolling over in his grave if he seen this store.

Hello my Name is Julian, First off I could not find straight talk on here to write a review but since they partner with Wal-Mart I am in hopes that this review can reach them. At this point and time my girl friend and I are greatly considering going back to our old cell phone provider. I have to say that we just the received the most awful customer service experience. Scenario: I-phone 5c white 8gb was purchased to upgrade from a previous ZTE phone that was malfunctioning. Called Straight Talk to get number and minutes transferred over(purchased a service card for $66.82 on February 12 of this year. Get on the phone for over an hour to get the number transferred and the I-phone does not function it was like this for 2 whole days! Finally we return the phone to the local Sunnyside Walmart Supercenter for a refund. Just yesterday the phone we had stops working because our "service has ended and need a new card" Turns out that the phone data finally migrated over to the I-phone that was returned to the store. We decide to call back today and was on the phone from 8:30 to 11:10 after talking to 4 different customer service representatives that could not even track the service by debit card and date provided and insisting that we needed to purchase a new service card. Finally customer service comes to the conclusion that they will ship out a SIM card for the phone which will take 3-5 business days. It's already the weekend that puts us out soonest 3/4 Wednesday latest Monday after next! Phones are very important for emergencies and when you have children to get in contact with the baby sitter or the school. I called back at 11:28am and was told I would be called back after asking to speak to a supervisor it is now 12:42pm. We have put more time and effort than it should have really taken and in my point of view it is not our fault to have to be phoneless for over a week! I asked customer service to issue a SIM card from the store and was told that SIM cards from there are for bring your own phone program to switch from other carriers and only works on Straight Talk phones, the phone we have is a straight talk phone just makes no sense. I truly believe this issue should be fixed at no expense to us and in a timely manner not in a week. When we refill our service we pay cash on the spot not a week later. Our phone should get replaced free of cost for equal or greater value now not a week later! At this point I see nothing lost with writing the review it is necessary so those seeking good customer service err on the side of caution when switching to this service. Best regards, Julian and Cristal

"I ate it I'll rate it.", okay it's a big 12" long bun sandwich. Back East I heard them called a Submarine sandwich. I ordered per the view through the plastic to the meats and veggies and tomatoes. Hopefully BPH or BPA free plastic lids on the stuffings the Pastrami etc. Lordy lots O white thick parts on the Pastrami- So I got an ham with wheat bun 12" one half heated other half to go. Girl was sweet and not a ding ding. She wore plastic gloves too. Okay not foreign film type. Totally followed my wishes. Heated sandwich up. It was great. Yep.I liked it.

I called this store trying to speak with a manager. I had to wait about 2 minutes for someone to answer. He put me on hold for I don't know how long. Answered again and put me on hold again. I ended up waiting 35 minutes on hold. I got fed up and hung up. Who knows how long I would have been on hold for. That's a terrible way to run a store.

I lived in Sunnyside. I needed stuff. I needed stuff I didn't know I needed until I saw it here!! Kind of fun to shop here but for me the artificial lights blast and the clothes did not look was good as I hoped.. so I tripped out to the parking lot and back again in a few days or weeks. They have more to buy here than anywhere else in the area. And driving to Yakima is no picnic nor guarantee that one will find things to buy either.
