We should be able to review this bank on negative stars. There is no good customer service here. I called once asking for a banker, which I knew worked there, for a question I had for them and the girl teller that answered the phone told me that that other person didn’t work there and that she had never heard that name before. She was clearly lying. Kinda fishy if you ask me, and why would a bank cover for a banker?!. This bank also allowed for some thief to withdraw money from an innocent/vulnerable persons account. I don’t know what kind of identity verification they do, but if it were good, this wouldn’t have happened. It was a mess trying to fix things. We quickly learned that there is no way this bank could protect our money and we said bye bye and moved our money to a different bank.

The clerks won’t even help you just ignore me for 20 mins and not a single one tried there worst out of all branch’s will not be coming back to this one

Hours are so not convinient for people. Waiting time at the drive through is too long with only one lane and lobby closes at 4pm ??

Horrible branch! They did not want to notarize a document I needed notarized. Policy states that they have a notary available but the employee gave an excuse that they did not get their notary certificate with the branch and therefore can decline a notary service.

Giving it one star because they're closed Saturday - Monday and they close at 4 only drive through is available until 5. Super inconvenient

We just waited in line for 20 minutes....cars are backed up past the driveway. This has been going on for months! Need to have a more efficient way!! Even had a van get in line ..men walked up to the windows to deposit ...that definitely slowed the process!! I guess all the banks are experiencing the same slow process

Tried to deposit 300$ into my card at the atm after a long irritating day, got my card eaten and didn't get 50$ our of my 300$. Please fix the atm machine.Will be back in the morning thanks .

Very efficient and caring tellers. They take the time to get to know their customers by name. The Manager and accounts personnel are also caring and walk through things to make sure you really understand the process.
