Helpful and friendly employee's. I love that I can wash my dog there and it's only 10.00! No more expensive groomers. They helped me find the right food for her chicken allergies and offered great advice for helping her more. I'll always buy from them and tell people to go there for their dogs needs.

Not sure about that comment with Dalia maybe she was having a bad day, but felt I had to give my opinion on it due to my experience; I’ve been using the pet wash for the last year now and I’ve never had an issue:) staff is always helpful and if I ever have an issue in there they are quick to help and fix it. They always say hi to me and my dog and even give my dog treats as soon as they see us! Dog wash is always to my liking and I will continue to do my shopping and pet washes here with them?

My parents went in to wash the family dog and the pet wash station is disgusting. It’s clearly not being cleaned/ maintained. Bunch of hair everywhere bunch of flies flying in that space. In the past it was being well kept which is why we returned. But after what my parents experienced we aren't going back. Pet station is one thing but their customer service is another story. The girl who helped my parents had an attitude and wasn’t helpful at all. It’s a service that is being provided the least that can be done is good customer and they can’t even do that.

The staff are amazing. Alfredo and Marco spent extra time to help us load and tie down our new dog kennel so we didn’t have to rent a truck or drive back from Kennewick a 2nd time. Very grateful that quality customer service still exists!

Ordered a chicken coop was told the store would assemble for extra charge I was ok with that then the order shows up and now magically there not allowed to assemble them then the manager yells at me and hangs up on me I will never do Business with tractor supply again

If you want to be racially profiled and cops sent to your home go to this establishment. They will look at you like you're stealing and judge your every move in that store. DO NOT GO IN. GO TO ACE HARDWARE OR ANY OTHER FARM PLACE.
