If there was an option of giving this Co. zero stars, I would. Long story short, this company deserves to be in jail. They never deliver what they tell you. They are highly unreliable. Which left me stranded on the side of the road, with no signal, less than 30 miles from home, in 100 degree weather, and unable to call my wife or the roadside assistance I pay for every month, or even call 911. From: High speed internet to just making a simple call, good luck with that. Hell, I think the old Pony Express or better yet tying 2 tin cans together with old boot laces will probably get you connected better and faster than T-Mobile would. If they tell you they are a 5G co. then I would you that you don't have to pay taxes anymore and that all your student loans are forgiven. My garbage TMobile phone is really a buggy 4G mess. Worst of all, when I called them to ask if they were going to expand coverage to the busy highway I was stranded on and that other service providers have provided service to for years, I was told no they would not, even though in the past they had told me they were expanding coverage into this area. Now I have to go buy a prepaid phone from a different provider, just to keep it in the car when I commute through this area. At least until I find a more reliable company, which I plan on doing very soon.

This phone company is a scam. The manager is very unprofessional and can’t keep his word I had canceled couple months ago and they still was charging me even after I canceled. People save your money and time go somewhere else. Management is no help here

T mobile markets deals to switch companies and save money. Offers rebates and incentives. But once you switch good luck getting the things you were promised. I have been fighting with them for over 6 months to get the phones I kept from my old carrier paid off like they committed to. They finally paid off 1 phone and part of the second. But in that 6 months I have spent countless hours on hold for sometimes over an hour at a time. To then talk to someone who barely speaks English and has no ability to fix the problem and pay off my old carrier. I have been given the complete run around, and in the meantime thinking they were taking care of the problem I recieved late fees and additional bills from the old carrier. I am completely disappointed and would not recommend t mobile to anyone. Go elsewhere with a company that is honest, appreciates your business and has decent customer service.

World class service!!! This spot gets 5 stars and I'd give more stars if I could. Shout out to Ramon and Sammy for helping me out! I came to visit from California and I went to the Yakima store to upgrade an iphone but wish I would of come here instead! My experience at the Yakima store was horrible! The associate there charged me an activation fee gave us the iPhone 14 and told me to back up the old phone and it would be a easy transfer. Well it wasn't easy and required an associate assistance. No way I was gonna be able to figure out why the new phone kept giving me "not compatible SIM" msg. So I rushed to this location and thank goodness it was still open! The staff here are friendly and knowledgeable. Ramon (the manager) explained everything thoroughly. He was patient, efficient and kind. He was able to figure out the situation. I wish the Yakima location would have taken the initiative to make sure the phone works before leaving the store rather than focusing on the sale. Where I come from customer service is key! It usually bring customers back! So when I visit again this will be my store! My experience here was AMAZING!! I appreciate the help Ramon and Sammy you guys were awesome! Have a blessed year ?

From Downtown LA on vacation for 2 weeks and my phone suddenly stopped receiving incoming/outgoing calls. Stopped in and got help right away. They switched out my sim card and within 10 min my phone was working again. This T-Mobile crew is the best! Thanks guys.

I have been a sprint customer since 2008 never had any issues. We had to upgrade since T Mobile took over. My husband & I went into the store, to upgrade. Horrible customer service from both managers, you can tell they did not want to help resolve the issue. All we wanted to do was a simple exchange after 1 day of purchasing the device, and we were still under the Spring Satisfaction Guarantee - we had trade in credits. We called customer service & was told we had to go into the store to do the exchange, and we could use the credit on the phone we wanted..they even gave us the codes to give them to use..but the store managers kept telling us that they couldn’t do anything on their end with the exchange with the same credits that we used. If anything we would have to buy the phone at full price.. and on top of that pay all these extra fees again..I even asked the managers to speak to customer service representative & they said no. And the last call I made with the customer service representative told me to even have the sales associate talk to them. But at this point I just had enough, it felt like we kept trying and trying, going back and fourth & nothing was being done. I have worked in retail & have been a manager, so I know how customer service goes.. It was a simple exchange and customer service rep said it was ok to do but had to do it in the store..but for some odd reason felt like they didn’t want to the exchange. I don’t know if it’s because it’s more work & they don’t want to work? But i was under that impression. The managers were no help.

Horrible.....says the store is open.....all the lights are on......doors are locked and no employees in site. They should at least have a sign on the door.
