I went in and knew what car I wanted, a Nissan Versa SR. Ralf showed me the ones they had in but I wanted an all black one. He was able to contact another dealer and at me the car I wanted. I was very satisfied with my first car purchase.

I recommend Robert in the service department. He helped me with my 2016 Nissan Murano. My transfer case was leaking and he evaluated my car and the problem and it turns out that it wasn’t leaking. But the moral of the story is that he was very profesional very educated with his mechanical knowledge. I trust him and will be going back to the Nissan in Sunnyside for future services. I live in Pasco and the drive is well worth the high level of customer service and integrity Robert has. I am not sure if his last name but his working station must be the 4th or 3rd station walking in to the service department from the outside.

I discovered the Speck dealership family three years ago. Since then I have purchased three vehicles through them. This experience at Speck Nissan in Sunnyside was another wonderful experience. I selected the car I wanted to drive online and was promptly helped by their online agent Vicky. Vicky confirmed inventory and set an appointment that worked with my schedule with their sales rep Ricky Espíndola. I arrived at the dealership slightly later than my scheduled appointment, but the car was ready for me to drive, and Ricky was ready to answer any questions I had. There were many features of the car that I wasn’t aware of that were also safety considerations, which I appreciated him pointing out He also went on his computer and showed me many videos of features on the car that I wasn’t sure how I would use or how to disengage them, etc. I wasn’t sure if I was going to trade my existing vehicle or keep it for myself, and Ricky, with the help of his manager, Angel Garza, provided me with rates and options, for if I gave them my trade, or if I did not. I appreciated that there was no pressure one way or the other and they wanted to be supportive of my decision with my purchase either way. I also had let them know that I pre-qualified before I showed up at the dealer. They said that would be no problem and they would also investigate other options just in case there was a better rate available. When I went to the financing signing segment of the transaction, I was treated professionally and promptly by Joe the finance manager. He was very knowledgeable about the laws, had everything set up and ready to sign. He also provided me with options for warranties and oil changes, etc. There was no pressure and I felt he wanted me to have information and the ability to make an informed decision. I drove off in a new 2023 Nissan Altima SL. The car is amazing and the experience that I received today at this dealership was top-notch.

I bought a 2022 Nissan frontier SV with the technology package and after all they had charged me 4k more of what the actual truck is worth. I could have purchased the pro 4x for that price. I feel like they lied and straight up overpriced the vehicle. I work hard for my money and I feel like I've been robbed.

My daughter was looking to purchase a new Versa but was running into a lot of roadblocks. No one had Versas in stock and no dealerships in our area were interested in taking deposits on vehicles and the dealer markups were ridiculous. Taking a chance, she called up Speck Nissan to inquire about a Versa Nissan USA had listed as available at Speck. She spoke with Eddie G. who said that particular Versa was reserved but they had gotten two in the night before. So negotiations began.Yes, my daughter did pay above MSRP, but Eddie worked with my daughter to get her a good deal, much better than what she was being offered closer to home. In fact the one dealership she was working with that was more local didn't have a vehicle in stock but was screwing around with the price to make it look like they were giving her a price closer to Speck's price, but not being forthcoming about the extra fees they were tacking on. So she decided to go with Speck, despite the fact we'd have to drive almost 200 miles to pick up the car.I would have thought negotiating via texts and phone calls would have been difficult but Eddie made it easy and they came to an agreement fairly quickly. Also Eddie was great about giving us a final price so she knew exactly what the car was going to cost (fees explained and nothing hidden).Then when we were trying to figure out when we were going to drive up, Eddie offered to drive the car down to us - free of charge! It's hard to believe that a car dealership would be willing to spend over 7 hours round trip to get a car to a customer. He arrived at 11PM and had everything organized well so the signing was easy. Then Eddie and the other driver headed back north.The next time I need a vehicle, I'll definitely be looking to see what Speck Motors and Eddie can do for me!
