Visited the store last minute looking for dump trailer accessories. A very nice lady by the name of Sherrie ended up helping me. She was so nice and polite and went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. Definitely recommend this store and make sure you ask for Sherrie. ?

Attempted to use a manufacturer's coupon for $5 off any Pittsburgh pro ratchet, no expiration. I've used this same coupon numerous times, but this time the manager (Scott) tried to imply the coupon was fake. He also tried to resist doing a price adjustment within 30-days. I contacted the HF corporate 800 number on the coupon and they verified it is a valid coupon. When I refused to purchase the ratchet, Scott, flustered about looking for a different coupon to apply. I had to twice tell him that I did not want the ratchet. The manager at this store is clueless. Coupons attached, enjoy.
