“My sister and I showed up to refinance an auto loan. The original loan was with another bank. Maria Garcia who is the front desk manager was able to advise us in what was the best option for us. It turned out that my sister was able to refinance her auto loan by herself. Maria was also able to advise me on what lines of credit would best suit me, to better help my credit score. Overall I am please with the time and the options that Maria offered for my sister and I. She was able to manage our issues, resolve them. And was still able to oversee and help her staff in the front desk. This was my first time visiting this Bank, overall very pleased with the service.”
