All they will do is sell you someone else's problems. Bought a 2015 Sierra over a year ago that had a bad lifter, they told me it would take months to get the parts so I just traded it in. Saw it back on the lot a week later. The truck I replaced it with, a 2018 Silverado has had battery issues, transmission issues, a leaking oil pan gasket and electrical problems. They screwed up the oil pan gasket the first time and leaked oil all over my driveway. tried to bring my truck in for the battery and they ignored me and I couldnt even start my truck the next day. I don't even want to have them look at my transmission. Thanks C Specks for ruining my trust despite the many vehicles me and my family have bought from you over the years.

I scheduled an appointment here to look at a specific car. When I got there, they didn't even know I had an appointment and I told them I was there to see the person I had been talking to. Some other salesperson said, oh well I can help you. I told him what I was there to see and he said the car wasn't there. It was told it would be ready for me to look at. He called another location and it had apparently just been sold that morning at another location. He said they had some other cars I could look at. The salesperson seemed very disinterested in helping me. We wandered around looking at things that weren't what I had described I was looking for. Then he showed me an older car in the back of the lot and said it's a little dirty. It looked like someone had been sick on the center console and they hadn't cleaned it. I left shortly after. About an hour later I received a call from the original person I had spoke with and they didn't even know I had stopped by. Very frustrating experience and their salesperson Javier showed very little interest. Everything just seemd odd with their behavior and communication. They didn't seem like an organized dealership.

I drove from Seattle to Sunnyside to buy a used truck. It was not what I wanted. My salesman was Eddie Garcia. Not once did he pour on the car sales techniques and pressure me into a diff vehicle. Instead, he was friendly, honest and answered my questions about trucks on the lot. He showed me a discounted 2022 pick up that I liked and worked with me to put me in something I felt was a reasonable price for what I got. Even with an admin mistake, the entire dealership worked to make it right. The manager Angel was friendly and again, did not do the sales to manager BS you get at other dealerships. I was pretty content with my purchase. I would recommend this branch to anyone looking for an honest deal where both sides get what they want. We'll be back for our next car here.

Not happy at all with them. Made an appointment over a week ago on line, dropped off my vehicle day before an put keys in the night drop box. For an oil change.(appointment Monday 8am)I got their before they where going to close. The service writer couldn't find my key, i told him i drop vehicle off day before an put keys in drop box. He told me that they dont check the drop box, i said, what do you mean i did my appointment online an keys in dropping box. He said when appointment are made on line they don't get the online appointment message. I said, then why do you have online appointment if your not checking appointment status an whats in night box. So much for my oil change.

Went in for an oil change. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. The welcome service tech was quick to check me in. He explained the process and how long it could take. The exit tech helped me complete my visit by explaining what was checked on my car and the status.

Really disappointed with how these guys worked with my wife and daughter today. Set up a visit this morning for the afternoon to see three available vehicles ("they will be on the lot."). They left work early to come see the cars; one had been sold and another could not be found (after we were told this morning they'd both be on the lot). No phone call to let them the two primary vehicles weren't there - really? I understand they need people on the lot, but we're out $60+ in work missed and gas, and it was mostly a waste of time. Expected better from a long-term Valley company. Won't ever consider them again.
