“We are traveling from out of state and our steering stabilizer came off our truck on the highway. New steering components were just installed a few days ago by another location in Idaho. It was closing time, but Robert came and helped us then had us follow him back to his store location to double check everything to be sure we were safe to get back on the road. It is very hot outside, but he went out of his way and was very kjnd. I feel safer and appreciate him for that! Awesome service! Thanks Robert in Sunnyside, Washington!”
“My truck started to stall out all of the sudden two days ago. I had to get my fixed because it's my work truck. I found out about Contreas Auto Repair and I was able to get my truck into their shop yesterday morning. They diagnosed my truck and it was my fuel pump. They were able to get a new fuel pump and fuel filter and they had my truck back to me in three hours. The truck is running in tip top shape. I will use Contreras Auto Repair again and I would recommend them to anybody.”

“We did a parlor remodel at our dairy in Mattawa. I milk 2500 cows that need to be milked a minimum of twice a day so down time is not an option but my equipment was 20 years old and hasn’t taken a day off since then. Chris came out said his guys would be there at 6am. To tear out the old and install the new. They showed up at 5 am. We had 15 of his guys. They all were vey profesional and wore safety jackets, hard hats and safety glasses. The project manager had studied the plans days before and had the over 1000 pieces sorted and prepped to install. His guys put everything together perfectly right. Nothing was put together out of place or jimmy rigged together. We were back running before schedule. The bill was a third what I expected and what I was willing to pay for a job that big and the importance it was to me. Great company and great people work there, they take great pride in their work.”

They were willing to come to us to replace the tire on the side of the highway, and stay open late for us to replace the spare as well. All this on a Friday evening (July 5th, so basically a holiday as well).”

“I drove from Seattle to Sunnyside to buy a used truck. It was not what I wanted. My salesman was Eddie Garcia. Not once did he pour on the car sales techniques and pressure me into a diff vehicle. Instead, he was friendly, honest and answered my questions about trucks on the lot. He showed me a discounted 2022 pick up that I liked and worked with me to put me in something I felt was a reasonable price for what I got. Even with an admin mistake, the entire dealership worked to make it right. The manager Angel was friendly and again, did not do the sales to manager BS you get at other dealerships. I was pretty content with my purchase. I would recommend this branch to anyone looking for an honest deal where both sides get what they want. We'll be back for our next car here.”
