My experience was terrible. You show up and charge 60% more than the going rate for proprane. Really? More than $5/gallon for automatic fill and delivery? The other companies delivering in my area charge just over $3/gallon of propane. These prices exclude the same delivery charges, hazard fees, etc. This is not inflation, this is price gouging and ripping off a customer. Why should a local company be cheaper than a nationwide company whose buying power far exceeds that of the little guy? I will be switching to a different company that has a charge more reflective of market conditions.

Tried to call Amerigas in Sunnyside Wa. Their automated phone system will not allow anyone to speak directly with them. I was transferred to a very rude individual name David in Ohio. I only wanted to find out if they are still filling propane tanks for forklifts. He told me they were closed to the public do to Covid. It is July 23rd, no-one is closed due to covid. When I challenged his comment he got belligerant and would not stop talking over the top of me. That person and their automated phone system is dumber than a box of rocks.

This morning I needed my propane tank moved. It was in a very difficult position. Abel was extremely helpful and managed to get the job done politely and in good humor. Thank you so much!

Frustrated. When the service guy showed up finally... After they rescheduled 3x, there where extra charges. The $60 check turned into a $133.58 fee.
