The ladies at the front desk were very nice and funny to pass conversation with. They even helped me with knowledge I had no idea about when it comes to working with insurances and what not. I was very satisfied with their work and with the knowledge of my situation they helped out as soon as possible! Will come back for any future work!

Horrible service...Stay away from them they are the worst in town .The manager/owner is in everybody's business she is nosy and she thinks she is a private detective??? Lady get a Life and stop calling and harassing people.... Stay away from this business the owner is a drama queen/hysterical person.

Horrible customer service! Extremely rude and unprofessional. Took way too long getting work done. Never followed up with me. I will never use them again nor recommend them.Thanks for the response however we will prefer to never return after getting the door slammed on myself and my daughter, luckily it didn’t hurt her or I would have got police involved, she had just moved her hand. I am completely understanding of Covid and the safety of workers but treating us that way especially from the owner deserves publicity. Sorry not sorry. And not just this week it had been 4 months! With no word on the vehicle…Update! Same day of picking up the car, the battery wires loose car keeps turning off. No interior or exterior lights are working! Mind you my daughter found this out after being pulled over with a warning from an officer, thankfully she was not rear ended! Car was not even close to being released. One key works to turn the car on now and neither work to lock or unlock the car! Way more problems than it even had to begin with!!!

My car was hit while parked end of January, I recieved a quote and given an appointment to have car repaired at this shop. Day before appointment I was rescheduled because they couldn't obtain the part. To date they have not called me to provide updates as to when the part would be recieved. I contacted the insurance company but they can't do anything unless the shop returns payment that was issued. Today is 7/18/22 and still no repairs or refund to insurance company even after multiple requests to do so. Horrible communication skills. Always say they will call me back but I have to constantly be the one calling to see if the check was refunded to insurance company so I can take my care to be repaired elsewhere unless I want to pay out of pocket. Horrible service I do not recommend to anyone.

Horrible service, extremely rude and unprofessional. There should be an investigation by the BBB for fraud. They keep cars for months and still expect more payment. The lady who works the front has a horrible attitude. Will not recommend to anyone.

If you want the most professional work done to your car, you wont find a better place locally forsure. They're the only place i can trust when it comes to needing something done or repaired in my car.They do a good job here and if something goes wrong on their end, they'll fix it for free
