I bought a riding lawnmower with headlights it is a S130 and I bought a trailer as well.Somthing I had wanted for a long time and I know what I wanted to get.Jason is the one I talked to on the phone.But he was not their when I went in but their where others employees that helped me out.

I couldn't start my chainsaw so called Pape Tuesday for help and they were so friendly and so helpful, but when I still couldn’t get it to run one of the guys in the part department (Adam) actually drove to my house after work (turns out I live near him, but 30 minutes from the Sumner store) and showed me how to do it on his way home. Also gave me great maintenance tips to a guy who is not mechanically inclined?. Everyone is great there. I also appreciate that they come pick up our riding mower when we meed to have it serviced. We don’t have a trailer.

I was in the store picking up parts for my work and asked Jacob if he could give me some advice about chainsaws. I found him very knowledgeable and helpful he asked per tenant questions about my wants and needs even about what kind of trees I would be telling. He then directed me to the Stihl 500I. The price was more than I was expecting but I did come back about a week later and purchased the saw. I have used a few times now and I'm loving it, it is exactly what I was looking for and that young man was absolutely amazing in his courtesy and customer service. I will be asking for him every time I come in for parts and service.

Came here today to pick up a plow for a john deere tractor. Service was smooth, and everyone in there was very helpful. I want to give a shout-out to the parts department too. I wish I could remember his name, but he was awesome and very knowledgeable. He definitely deserves a raise for how he interacts with customers. I was able to find a skip tooth chain to my old stihl 28 bar that was discontinued. You know who you are. Thanks for making my day. Thanks again!

Nice store, been here many times before the ownership change to pape. Came in here about 810am and was able to walk though the whole indoor sales area and look at all the chainsaws, greases, toys, everything and not a single person asked if I needed help. The laddies at the reception didn't say anything to me, seemed to have a conversation of their own along with the three salesmen at their desks at the south side of the building. Looked at everything, put multiple items in my hands to look at. Was there for almost 30 minutes and they weren't busy, nobody else was shopping.

Cool products, staff was a little rough. No prices on the equipment outside and nobody showed up to help with that.

Tried to sell me the entire driveshaft and said they could just sell me the U-joints. Found the part number on John Deere's website and ordered them myself

Went to get oil change Products for my tractor and was surprised to find it wasn't much more than buying from a auto parts store. I did have the added benefit of the tractor place knowing exactly what I needed and their oil and filters made for John Deere products are made to a higher standard than for automobiles. , which I didn't know and possibly that's just something they told me, but you never know. I will buy everything from here from now on.

This company only does a once weekly pick up and drop off , if you have them pick up your riding lawnmower for service be prepared to not get it back for 2-3 weeks. No phone calls I had to call them and ask what was happening and when I can expect my rider back. I will be looking for someone else to do my yearly service.

Very disappointed with the attempted servicing of my pressure washer.Sadly, I do not think Pape’ of Sumner is the correct place to bring your small engine/carburetor work.

your service is not good my mower was in your shop for 2 months for what a simple yearly checkup called and wanted to know what's up they could not even find it then they did under a whole different phone number wow instead of the 229.00 service Charge it cost over 475.00 wow for a 20 dollar part wow they made 200 plus to install a 20 dollor part called the manager and e mailed no RESPONCE finally they had it done said they will deliver in sat they said call and they will let be no what time i did but i called right when they opened no answer 2 hours later i got a call said they they tired calling but they didnt for that kind od monet they should of took me to breakfest.
