The Sumner Verizon service center was very helpful today(3-25-23). They were very knowledgeable with respect to Galaxy GS21 apps, and enabled me to regain control of applications on my phone. They were also knowledgeable on Verizon new network services. I feel much more comfortable with my phone service.
