I had a package that was supposed to be delivered UPS. I have a postal box at another location in Sumner. The tracking said it was delivered and it was unknown where it was delivered. After two days I went to the post office and Jennifer helped me! She was able to track it down and I got it same day!!! I was so impressed with how kind and professional she was!! She was very positive too continuously encouraging me and saying she would sole it.
Honestly I was impressed, given the amount of frustrating reviews I thought they deserved to be reviewed for the good experience I had. When I first walked in both reps were available and were absolutely pleasant and polite! Thank y’all so much!

Absolutely the worst delivery experiences. The Carrier's are incompetent or just lazy. They refuse to deliver my packages and constantly lie as to why it can't be delivered... I have security cameras and they have been caught telling lies, suggesting my driveway was blocked! I never use USPS for this reason. I wish Amazon would stop allowing them to deliver online packages!

I have a package there that was supposed to come to me but Amazon sent it there. 1st you said is wasn't mine. A day later I spoke to someone else again by dialing a 800 number and they verified it was mine. Somone from this office called me 7/23 in the morning but I couldn't answer because I was busy. In the last 1.5 days I've called about 25+ times and nobody answered the phone even 1 time. Why even have a phone?

This post office said they couldn't deliver to my address, yet they have many times before. Their driver got lazy and wanted to end their shift before delivering all the mail so they made up an excuse.

Very rude employees and manager. Claimed short staffing for a single walk-in passport application during walk-in ONLY hours while there were zero other waiting customers in the building, refusing to provide the service. To support the refusal of service, these staff today lied when asked what time the next appointment scheduled was, stating it was at 12pm, when 12pm is a walk-in only time.

Will most likely lose your package and not do anything about it. The chances of you actually getting your mail is like trying to win the lottery.

Had a carrier pickup scheduled, at 7:00 in the evening the carrier had never come by to pick up the package so I brought it back into my house, at 8:13 PM I get an email notification stating my package has successfully been picked up. I can assure you it has not. This actually has happened multiple times with this post office. I'm in my '50s and had plenty of interactions with the post offices in other cities in the state with no trouble, however the Sumner-Bonney Lake post office is the pits!

It’s a promise that this post office won’t deliver your mail correctly. They will constantly lose your checks or deliver them to your neighbors or lose it entirely. I get more of my neighbors mail than my own. I only use usps because I’m forced. They don’t answer the phone EVER. if your mail goes missing they say oh we will look into it and call you back and never look into it or call you back.

This is literally the worst post office in the universe: there’s not a single time that they come to my neighborhood mailbox and deliver packages correctly. I don’t know why this is SO hard. There are NAMES in our boxes and yet they always mess this up.
I started paying more for my online orders to have it delivered by UPS but sometimes they hand the packages to USPS (lucky me, right?) and of course they manage to mess it up.
When the first 5 times happened I thought it was a lot but let go. Now I’ve been living here for 3 and a half years and I have packages AND MAIL lost EVERY WEEK. This can’t be normal!!!!!!!! Train your people better for goodness sake. This is so frustrating makes me want to leave my neighborhood!

Mail carriers are rude, careless and disrespectful. They seem to go out of their way to be unaccommodating. Nobody in the actual PO is on the same page with the mail carriers, and that includes the postmasters. I have heard 5 different “truths” on the mail carriers rules and what they are supposed to be doing when it comes to their processes of delivering mail. Nobody has any clue what’s going on here.
Do yourself a favor. Save yourself any potential inconvenience and headache you can. Go somewhere else.

Go literally anywhere else to get a passport!!! They will just cancel your appointment day of!! Even tho that government money is good they still love giving the bare minimum of care!! #ilovetheusgovernment!

Oh my gosh, my mail is very often delivered to the wrong address. I have package after package that says it was delivered and never shows up at our house. I think they are being delivered to the wrong house. ? We need a new carrier.
