We were surprisingly pleased with the entire staff at summer RV. They were extremely knowledgeable and no pressure sales. They listened to what we wanted and needed in our RV. We would be using it in extreme cold environments, so they showed us only what fit our needs and never tried to up sale us into something more than what was needed. I would highly recommend Andy and his team to anyone looking for a great experience in purchasing in the future.Aaron & Karen

Everyone we worked with at Sunset RV was great and easy to work with. We initially were looking at a different travel trailer but they suggested also looking at another RV that met our needs better.

The sales/finance group at Sumner RV were absolutely top notch. Totally helped us find a gently used trailer which we love. Great price, good service, low pressure. Andy of Sumner RV, along with each employee we worked with--whether buying an RV or consigning one--always had our best interests in mind. When things got difficult for us due to life changes, they made it simple and reasonable to sell our truck and camper through them. I appreciated their responsiveness to questions and concerns, their efforts to be sure we got fair prices for our truck and camper, the ease of all our transactions. I highly recommend them!

I worked with Andy Williams at Sumner RV to get my travel trailer sold on consignment. They did the leg work, advertising, and got me the price I wanted. Andy and Sumner RV were great to work with. Not having to deal with financing, a trade, or final fix-it items was really slick. Highly recommend. Mercifully, I escaped without buying something new. Their selection on the buy side was great.

LAST time we were there, they broke the wood frame of our slide, and we asked for the rain spouts to be replaced. They removed them threw them in trash. Then, they said they could not get any more. I called Fleetwood, ordered them, and got them. Never will return!

Had my 5th wheel in for a few repairs and the shop did a great job. Hot water tank repair new element and some electrical repairs that were needed. Also fix my roof leak I had at the had been diagnosed as an A/C roof seal. Found I was missing a diverter in the a/c unit and installed one to get more efficiency out of the unit. Had the trailer for about 12 days and got it back to me in time for a surprise visit from my son and his family so they had something to stay in.Great job guys appreciate it.

After renting RVs for the past 5 years, my spouse and I visited various dealerships looking for a quality RV to purchase. Kyle at Sumner RV Center was not a high-pressure salesperson trying to quickly close a deal but was instead clearly interested in long-term customer satisfaction. He took the time to help identify RV options that worked best for us. Kyle went out of his way to help us to meet our goals and greatly exceeded our expectations.
