“I was helped right away and with patience the man listened well to my situation. I am 69 and wanted a specific shoe for my activity level and he suggested several that fit the bill. He was kind, friendly, and made the whole testing of my gait, scan of my feet and all the rest very efficient and easy. No stress, no pressure to buy, just helpful suggestions and that sold me. I was going to go home to think about it but my trust in his knowledge and attention to what I was looking for helped me decide right then to buy. I am very happy with my Topo shoes I bought!”

“Lots of name brand work wear at discounted prices. Great place to find some hard hats, work boots, Carhartt gear or some Georgia Romeo boots for a fraction of the price. I would highly recommend checking out this store in person before you going anywhere else.”
“The Best shoes I've ever worn. Must purchase from a retailer like Kohls, Amazon or Macy's. You can not go to the distributor. Contact customer service from the retailer not the distributor. If you have foot problems or have a job where your on your feet all day or wear insoles these are worth the money!”

“This is the only place I shop for shoes since Payless shut down. Today I was helped by Collin and his manager. They were both very friendly, welcoming in customers, handling phone calls and balancing stocking. It was pretty busy but their service made it seem flawless. I accidentally grabbed the wrong size of socks at check out and came right back, it took a minute for them to process the exchange together (I think Collin might still be learning :) ) but I still enjoyed my experience and they went above and beyond to exceed expectations. Would highly recommend this Famous Footwear and commend their employees! Always love shopping their clearance section for an abundance of deals.”

“I will have to post a photo with my dress on later. She was the sweetest woman. She made me feel like a petite queen ❤️ I usually do 2x but the dress she had me try was a size smaller and when I walked out of the changing room she hyped me up so much! I would have bought the entire store if I could. She said “You look like a million bucks” then sprayed me with some amazing perfume, that was shipped straight from Paris, and now I’m walking around smelling like a million bucks. I will definitely be going back.”

“Came in yesterday for a pair of dressy boots for work. I was greeted when I walked in. Lee helped me find some workboots. She was great and suggested a trick to loosen up the boots in time for a work trip. Which worked and wearing them all day to break them in felt more comfy.I do wish there was more selection in the store. 50% of womens boots were the same style and color just by different brands. And wish the selections by gender was more obvious from the entrance.”
“I was really impressed with this western store. Lots of options for boots, hats, clothing, and accessories. It looks great on the outside and inside. The staff was incredibly helpful. Unfortunately, their selection of faux-leather boots is only available online, but I was happy they had anything even if it was just online. We were able to find my partner a hat (which is hard to find his size)! We'll be back for other Western wear.”

“This is one of the few brick and mortar shoe stores left that has a large variety of shoes for everyone in the family to try on.
Know that several big brand-name shoes only have the left shoe in the boxes to try on and you need to get an associate to bring the right one to try on or purchase.
Prices seem at least comparable to online.”
“Went here for a pair of safety shoes, i needed comfortable shoes with a low ankle wide toe box, composite or steel toe with protection for electrical hazards, puncture resistance, waterproofing, and arch support. The knowledgeable employee was able to direct me to several pairs that might fit my needs and provided them for me to try on. It was the easiest safety shoe purchase I have ever made.They have a wide range of sizes and styles, socks and other shoe accessories and even offer insoles.”
“Been here a few times, but hadn't bought anything in a couple of years from this store. Today (5/15/23), happened to find some great deals on Men's Basketball shoes that I couldn't pass up!! Dropped by to look for some quality shoes on sale and found 3! Paid a total of $175 for the 3!!! Original prices would have totaled over $350, so a wicked great deal! Half price. Pretty happy about that.”
