I would give them negative -10 stars as you guys can see the attached receipt and planters peanuts
Its clrearly says that 2 for $1.09 on receipt and even on packet but the cashier arsh charged me $1.69 plus 50C card fee and he said thats our price this how we charge in our store , OVERCHARGING for everything and charging for Semi truck parking still they are greedy if you fuel diesel then no free showers they charge for everything SO -10 stars ⭐️ for them (OF COURSE WE ARE INDIAN WE WILL OVERCHARGE FOR EVERYTHING) ??

This place has to be shutdown in all matters. Stuff are very rude, parking is over priced, everything in the store is over priced, very dirty place. They are money oriented and render no good service to truckers specially. And the worst part their toilet is always closed because I don’t know. This is one of the worst places for truckers. We need to complain from this place to be shut down and some other good business people takeover.

Absolutely the biggest rip off truck stop.
Watch your food. They short you on the meals. Than make you pay for what is missing.

Starless if there was an option. Can’t really say that the management is dishonest.. they’re just unclear that their entire parking lot is a paid parking property all over. Parked my truck at a section where they used to tell me it was free 3 months ago.. now it’s not. You come here early during the day, they say nothing.. come nighttime, conveniently for them when you’ve got nowhere to go.. someone knocks while you’re sleeping that you have to go to the counter and pay for your parking. You come here at night, there’s no clear sign at the entrance that says “Paid Parking”.. until daylight comes, you see random signs that’s hanging on the roof of the fuel bay, at some corners of the parking area that can be blocked out of view because of parked trucks. But NOT AT THE ENTRANCE NOR THE PARKING SPOT ITSELF. It’s like get lucky if you guessed it right, if your parking is free. For that I blame the City of Sumner for allowing businesses like this to operate with changing and unclear business policies. By the way, they have a forklift.. with a concrete block that could block your truck if you don’t pay. Business with a threat ? Welcome to Sumner ?

First of the guy behind the counter named, (happy,) was rude. He barely spoke to us. There was no hello, thank you, goodbye. He tried to short change, and when it was brought to his attention, he absolutely had nothing to say. He is a very strange guy and has no people or customer service skills! Everything is over priced! This place sucks!!

This is completely unacceptable, I would have purchased food or drink, but an establishment that blocks off the restrooms not allowing customers to use them is no place I am going to give my business to. The worst part, you have a Chester's chicken ? which happens to be one of my favorites but you lost the sale due to closed restrooms.

Horrabel place avoid it..no one speaks English and it's very dirty...everything high priced and no receits...even charge 30 dollars to park..food was nasty and story filthy..no pride all they want is money

The workers are professional, proficient, and very helpful. They are also knowledgeable on the round about area and will do their best to help you. Also, they have good food in their hotcase. Every time we come in it is always fresh, ready to go, and eat. We love this truck stop. The accommodations for truck drivers is 10 ⭐ and parking /safety is 10 ⭐. Price of parking is fair and much lower than other truck stops. Though they should have a 6 hour increment rate ?.

It is for sure overpriced. 28.50 a night for parking. Don't forget your receipt, they will run you off even if you payed. They like to play dumb about it to. I payed the last time I was here and didn't get my receipt. Will not forget that night.

Theifs. You'll ask for hot food they'll ring it up than not give it to you and try to make you pay for it again. Will never use this gas station again

Don’t come here if you value your hard earned money. There is no pricing on anything! Even after they ring you up there is no total! And there is never any receipt! You won’t know how much you spend until you check your statements. 16 dollars I paid for an energy drink and a can of chew. Ridiculous. Beware!

This are the dam meat of all they so rude and very unprofessional, they make there own prices of stuff, this the worst ever gas station. Something need to be done to there customer care services, there are two guys one with earings and his friend they think they own the world.
