“I love this little post office. I’m not super savvy on packaging and shipping stuff out but anytime I come here with questions or not completely sure what to do, the staff has always been so kind and helpful. And they are always so friendly and sweet to my kids. They do an amazing job here! The parking lot is very, very small with I believe only 4 parking spots, just as a heads up!”
“The Clerk was Exceptional, very professional and Awesome!!! Young was fantastic, the person who made rude comment about mean Asian woman was so off base and the complete opposite of what a person wrote, she is Awesome and Excellent!!! Fast, friendly and outstanding customer service!!!

“They are very helpful and give clear directions. When I had a package delivered but it wasn't in my box, different staff helped search for it until it was located. They didn't have to help but they did.”
“I want to share and give praise to Julie at the Orting post office. I sent an overnight, certified envelope on Monday the 22nd of July 2024. My overnight, certified envelope was promised to be in Utah by Wednesday the 24th of July no later than 6:00pm. If it didn't I would receive the $30.45 back that I paid for overnight premium, certified mail service. It's the United States postal service. If you can't depend on them then Wow. I did have a tracking number that showed it left Orting Monday afternoon and arrived in Kent at 11:23 pm. Needless to say it wasn't there by Wed, Thurs, Friday. Now I want them to hold it in Kent so I can pick it upand start over. I went back to post office on Thursday. I was told they would look into it and call me with update by the following morning. I did not. I called Friday afternoon, I spoke to Julie. She checked into my situation and informed me they hadn't heard back. She personally promised to look into this and promised to call me on Saturday with an update. I didn't have faith that she would call as they aren't open to the public on a Sat so I wouldn't be able to call her. To my surprise she called me first thing Sat. morning to say it had arrived in Utah and would be delivered that afternoon or Monday morning. The company in Utah called at the same time wanting to know why they had not received my money. On Monday morning Julie called me again to let me know my envelope was delivered and signed for. Julie is amazing, wonderful and restored my faith in the postal service. She went above and beyond. She could have told me to just keep checking thru the tracking site. Not only did she call Monday morning the post office in Utah called to assure me it was delivered and signed for. I will never forget, and I will forever praise Julie for taking the time to care, to treat others as she wants to be treated. God bless you Julie and thankyou from my heart.

“Fast, convenient, lots of parking. There's gift cards and greeting cards available for sale inside during business hours only. Lobby open even after hours. Missing 1 star because entry area stinks, there's a homeless person leaving trash outside the USPS.”
“2/25/24 Came in to purchase stamps. The placed was clean. Line was not too long. Employee was nice and friendly. Was able to quickly make the purchase. Was in and out within 30 minutes.”
“The ladies working the front are very nice and helpful.There needs to be more help though. Although the ladies work very quickly, sometimes the traffic is very heavy, which makes the waiting process a lengthy one.”
“I have never shipped anything to another state or packaged it as crazy as that sounds and at first I was super nervous to go in and look stupid, but the lady was very nice to me and even suggested something that helped me along the way. “I had a package that was supposed to be delivered UPS. I have a postal box at another location in Sumner. The tracking said it was delivered and it was unknown where it was delivered. After two days I went to the post office and Jennifer helped me! She was able to track it down and I got it same day!!! I was so impressed with how kind and professional she was!! She was very positive too continuously encouraging me and saying she would sole it.
Honestly I was impressed, given the amount of frustrating reviews I thought they deserved to be reviewed for the good experience I had. When I first walked in both reps were available and were absolutely pleasant and polite! Thank y’all so much!”
