Had a quick in an out experience. Was looking for a good lubricant an cleaner for my firearms. Gentleman man was quick informative an even picked out everything I'd need an explained them in great detail on how to use it. Even answered my questions about some old firearms I inherited.

I am not one to talk down upon businesses. But I NEED to share my experience so others don't feel the same way. Me and my family left this place incredibly upset. It was my boyfriend's 21st today. We went to look at a gun for him to get and he was looking at one to buy. Keep in mind it was me my boyfriend and my two brothers. We are all 21 and OVER. The first man we talked to was extremely helpful respectful and nice. I wish I could give his name cause he was the only pleasant part of our experience. But there was one man who absolutely was the most disrespectful man I have encountered at any business. We were asking questions about guns and he was responding with a pissed off tone and stating rude comments as if we didn't know the specific name of a gun attachment we were idiots. We were there to learn and see what best fit us. And he completely crushed that. We were having a great day and this completely ruined our experience. I'm not sure if he just had a bad day which we all do but when you work in customer service fake it because making your customers feel like that is NOT okay. You lost 4 buyers today! I'm just appalled at the treatment that we received from that man. Like I said the first guy we talked to was great but the other man was absolutely awful. We will be going to pantel tactical as they treated us amazingly before this place but we were keeping our options open. Nope back to pantel we go.

I recently visited Pintos. Having not been in for quite some time, I found they've expanded to become a very respectable size shop. Inventory is very good on firearms, ammo, accessories, and reloading supplies.Prices are competitive, actually better than the “discount" outfit in Federal Way. I had been doing my business online, thinking prices from the mega-dealers were best. Not any more; Pinto's pricing is as good or better.Customer service was great. The cheerful gal at checkout took my phone request, and then held items at the counter with my name on them, until I could make it in.There were quite a few customers there, but with three people working the gun counter, I didn’t need to wait to talk with a pro. They gave me an excellent quote on a new Smith & Wesson, which I plan to have them order (it just takes a few days). I also received some technical reloading advice (they even offer reloading classes).I’ll be shopping Pintos a lot more often; check them out!

Lived in Renton for years and have tried to make this my “home shop”. I don’t even bother anymore. The guy who partially owns the store is great, he rarely works the counter though and I really don’t like a number of the regular employees.Their prices suck; one of the most expensive transfer fees in the area, wanted over 30 cpr for 115gn 9mm. Had a s&w 610-3 (used, few decades old) for MSRP of a brand new 610. They have a lot of items that were clearly dug out of some old guys house after sitting for decades, and they still want near market price for it. If you want some old generic hunting or plinking rifle maybe stop in and look. Aside from that, I don’t see a point.

Great place to shop and see all the cool relics from a wide variety of different years and countries. I recently picked up a Yugo 24-47 and they were great! Amazing service!

The somewhat low rating for this shop is baffling to me. They have the largest inventory of vintage and military surplus firearms I have found in Washington. Their prices (on guns and ammunition) are more than fair. The staff is knowledge and friendly. And they keep an up-to-date list of all their firearms in inventory online. There’s really nothing to say against the place and I can only assume low review marks are from people who came in not understanding what this store specializes in.

Great shop with amazing people working behind the counter. They don't have much of your tacticool stuff but they have a huge selection nonetheless. Highly recommend this gun shop.

Not sure what these negative reviews are talking about, the people I've met in this store are accommodating and helpful! Over the phone, they helped me with what I needed and did the same in the store. I'm still a relatively young and new to the gun world but these people made me feel welcome, aided my understanding and were overall part of a great experience. Not sure what the negative reviews are talking about, these people were very kind! I'll keep coming back for sure.
