“Well, customer service was really good. And prices were relatively fair. I have noticed a difference when you go to areas of the store. And it seems that specialists, now that around do not know a lot about some of the products or how to use them or install them. Just seems like there has been a big drop in that knowledge in the store going on for the past few years. I'm not saying the store is not a good place to shop. And I'm not saying that the employees do not offer great customer service, but to lack of knowledge Or experience has shown compared to what it used to be.”
“For a "higher end" nursery. Prices are reasonable. Alpine and Watsons are more expensive. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Nice plant selection! They carry things others don't have, always see cool things.Would definitely recommend checking them out.”
“What a great place to visit. I had always assumed they sold only stuff for yards and landscaping (trees, shrubs, etc). And while they certainly do carry a large selection of those, they do have a massive collection of indoor and houseplants too.Not only did I get a kick out of the massive monstera they have inside, but I found a great selection of plants, both starter and mature for sale, and was even able to cross a few off my wishlist.The staff were helpful and knowledgeable as well.I’ll definitely be back.”
“Right now, the flowers are starting to bloom! In February!This garden is a species garden (not hybrid Rhododendrons in the city that are bred to bloom near Mother's Day weekend), so the Rhododendrons bloom here two to four weeks earlier than the Rhododendrons in Seattle!It is a nice stroll through the gardens.I'm a die-hard fan and like to go weekly when the flowers bloom. The Rhododendron Species garden is not in full bloom yet, I'm guessing closer to April, but there are still pretty flowers in bloom, especially Hellebores and Camillias.”
“I want chickens! They have baby turkeys, too. Great store for garden needs. Plant selection is small, but the prices are very competitive. The only place I have been able to find bags of filbert shells, which I love to use for mulch.”

“I called to get some pricing for delivery. Was given a bunch of options. The lady said I should come down and look at what they have. I did and decided to get 8 yards of their potting soil. Got delivered and it looks wonderful. Rich deep black organic material. No rocks that I can find, this is going to do wonders for the garden, flower beds and in the lawn. It is beautiful stuff. Thank you. Also Jon the delivery guy was great. Called right before he got here. Dropped the load perfectly and was on his way.”

“Showed up for Pre-Selection and came back a week later to cut our tree! It seems that if you want to have a U-Cut experience these days you have to go to any tree lots pre-selection. It was a super simple process and the tree was at a great price point, places we have gone to in years past were way more expensive. When we were picking out a tree for pre-selection we had so many different contenders because there was a ton of great options. They manicure all the trees to make them all perfect with a classic Christmas tree shape. I would definitely come back here every year provided I made it to pre-selection. Donut food truck was an added bonus + wreaths for sale. Kind older fella even helped me with my tree out to the parking lot!”

Military discount is applied to most items, but not everything in store. I don't understand why numerous companies hand pick which items will get a Military discount and others will not, but it's not the end of the world.Have found the dedicated parking for veterans a BEAUTIFUL thing, as sometimes the place is packed and it saves me from having to walk extremely far to where I'm trying to shop in.I recommend this location as a place to shop, as you will always get/find what you need extremely quickly.”

“They offer some great tool and truck rentals here. I was able to rent a truck for 19.99 for 75 min for a short local job. It was exactly what I needed and the staff even let me get other things I needed at the store before running the clock on my rental.”

We were greeted by Mrs. Higashi who took us on a tour of the various varieties of Japanese maples they have grown. We were truly amazed by the variety and beauty of so many beautiful maples. We found one that we really liked and brought it home. Great experience as we are so happy with our new lace leaf maple!”
