I came here on 4/2 (booked under Victoria) to get my balayage brightened and cooled. I saw Breah. My hair was not as bright and light as I would have liked on top. I decided to sit on it for a little before messaging her asking if we can more blonde to the top. No response from her. I paid $400 and this was the first time I splurged on my hair so much so I was disappointed.
Edit* after the owner responded to my review, I got a text from Breah saying she didn't get my message so I messaged her the same exact thing as before and was ghosted yet again. Poor customer service and for $400 I was expecting better. I ended up going elsewhere and paying $250 to get more blonde added. Ended up being an expensive hair experience but I learned my lesson and won't be coming back here again. Beyond disappointed. :(

I've been getting my hair done here for over a year I see. Amanda, I have very thick curly hair and I get highlights and I get my gray covered. She does a marvelous job. She gives me exactly what I need I would highly recommend her

Amanda is a GEM!! It's so hard anymore to find a GREAT beautician. Amanda rushed me in for a cut correction. Not only did my hair cut turn out to be exactly what I wanted but she was also so sweet and made sure I was happy with my cut before I left. Thank you so much Amanda for treating me with so much kindness! Also because of the treatment you have given me, I've also suggested you to my coworkers! I will be seeing you again soon

I have been looking for a salon in the Sumner area that had great stylists & good vibes in general. Main Street Salon did not let me down! I came in for a simple hair cut and gloss to add some shine and darken my hair slightly. Hanna gave me exactly what I was looking for and walked me through the options of getting permanent color (my first choice) vs a gloss. I chose the gloss and am so thankful she went over my options as i'm hoping to lighten my hair soon and I wouldn't have been able to do that easily with permanent color. If you're looking for a stylist who can cater to your specific wants, Hanna is your girl!

This was my first visit to the salon and it went great! Everyone was so friendly and it's a lovely salon.
My appointment was with Breah, and it was a fantastic experience. I have never been able to achieve ashy blonde highlights on my brunette hair, but Breah did the impossible and gave me beautiful cool toned highlights!! She also gave me a haircut that matched the inspo pic I brought in. So happy to have found such a talented and friendly stylist and great salon!

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this hair salon. Despite showing Hanna Miller an inspiration picture, the end result looked nothing like what I wanted. Instead of fixing it, she told me to wait and come back if I couldn't get used to it. Hoping to cover up the patches and harsh lines left in my hair, I decided to give the salon another chance the following week, but my hair still looked bad. To make matters worse, they charged me a second time to fix their own mistakes, which is not the norm when someone messes up. I paid over $300 for this disaster, and to make matters worse, they are trying to be sneaky and deleted my previous review. The owner is not willing to make things right and give me a refund. I'm sharing a picture of what she did to my hair so that others can make an informed decision before considering visiting this salon.

I came in today for a hair cut & gloss. Hanna gave me exactly what I wanted and walked me through the steps on how to achieve my hair goals. My hair cut was the perfect length and the gloss was even better than what I had imagined!

10/10 experience! I haven’t gotten my hair cut in a salon for probably 5-6 years. Abbie was so kind and thoughtful. She talked me through what I envisioned and gave me exactly what I was hoping for while checking in every step of the way to be sure I was happy. I will absolutely be back, THANK YOU ABBIE!

Absolutely the best! I came to Main Street salon without a clue on how my results would be since I was a first time client. I booked with Abbie who I can say without a doubt, blew my socks off! I was offered water & coffee, was comfortable, and had an overall great experience. My hair turned out exactly how I wanted. I will FOR SURE be coming back.

I have recently moved to Bonney Lake and decided to try this salon for a cut and style. Mackenzie did a wonderful job and I am very pleased with the results! I was offered coffee and water. The salon is beautifully decorated. Looking forward to going here on a regular basis!

Horrible absolutely horrible. The receptionist cut my hair. A simple A line cut turned into the shaggy fringe cut. With no technical skill she attempted to cut my hair knowing that she couldn't accomplish my request.Yeah in The only positive reviews that I've noticed you've noticed all their haircuts in all their hair styles all with the same you walk in and all the women there have the same exact hairstyleAnd a year later obviously I don't want to go back.
