When I need to bring my van in they always get me in right away when ever possible. Staff is very friendly and always willing to help. They are definitely my go to for van repairs

This was my first experience at buying an handicap accessable vehicle. Everyone at United Access was so helpful in finding the right vehicle in a price range that I could afford. Steve Rowan did a great jog finding a vehicle for me. I would definitely recommend this dealer to friends and family.

They rent sell and service everything ADA. I bought a couple of vans from them and also brought my wheel char lift vehicles here for annual service for the fleet. It was a little rough this time around due to our payment system with the fleet but next year we will try 30 day net to make it smoother so we don't have to do partial payments as we go. Thanks for the extra effort and helping us Change lives at my work where I manage the fleet.

Ian helped me process and educated me on the purchase of our van rear loading vs side loading during a really stressful time never tried to over sell me kept the budget amount plus I never thought I’d be here buying a van it wasn’t in the plan .Ian made sure of the safety and mechanical areas of the vehicle was top notch. I drove my sister and brother-in-law down for an appointment twice, we sat and waited over 40 minutes both times for the man to to show up and create a key fob for the van that was purchased from you. He never showed. My sister had been there before for a same appointment. I feel it was very poor customer service to waste our time waiting for the key guy to show.
