“My phone decided not to turn on and was in a bind until a new phone came, so I went into this location mid-day, and Mason was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! He fixed my issue quickly, shared multiple options I had, and answered all my questions. He was so knowledgeable that I asked if he minded taking a look at my grandma's account while I was there because she has been confused by her bill and I called her, he was patient and explained everything. This is the definition of above and beyond.

“I stopped in to upgrade several phones and devices. Akash was the young man that helped us and he made everything super easy and painless. It was probably the best experience I've had at a T-Mobile store and I've been a customer on and off for 8 years (I had a brief move to AT&T due to coverage a few years back... big mistake). Today we upgraded 3 phones and two Apple Watches. It's no surprise.. the devices aren't cheap. Fortunately, we took advantage of some promos and trade-in options. I don't blame the carriers for the cost of devices, I really blame the device manufacturers. Freaking Apple anything is so expensive and while I hate the price, I love the product, and I know what to expect. The entire T-Mobile team was on point this afternoon. Helpful, engaged, and most importantly, HONEST! At no point in time did I feel like they were trying to upsell me or hassle me. I would certainly come back again to work with Akash and the team.”

“Can't believe I'm about to write this review because I don't love Comcast lol.

This store is run incredibly well. I came in maybe 15 mins early for an appt, and the store was SLAMMED with customers. No problem, I was checked in within a few minutes, and my service issue was RESOLVED before my scheduled appointment time. Strongly recommend coming in to talk if you are having any service issues. Huge thanks to Ricky and Dom for making my day so much easier than I thought it would be.”

“This store has always been best. They just had a guy come in while all associates were busy. One guy said we will be with you in a moment, then while I was speaking to someone this guy started waving his hands and then yelled at everyone about how their customer service sucks. They responded and told him they were busy and it was first come, that he had to wait.he then stated something rude to the workers and left. This store has 5 employees and had 8 customers. They were all doing the best they could. Hope the manager in this store understands how well their staff handled themselves today.”

Xfinity/Comcast, you actually suck, but at the least you have great service. At the highest level would be Jennifer Washington who after, me, speaking with 37 different people didn’t give up on me and like an angel behind a grayish, white topped counter, even after I left the store, continues working on my 1st ? world ? internet problem actually got me up and running!!!!

20,000,000 ✨ stars ⭐️ for Jennifer!!!!!! If you had more people like this and or communicated with your customers in regards to a lot of things it wouldn’t leave people wasting 7+ hours of their life and losing 10 days of service which… (where is the credit for that??), paying for services never used or asked for, that were a year old, and were magically (so you think on your end) cancelled but no, you only cancelled my phone service a year ago.

So we will be talking about the $400+ I paid you for nothing. Nadda. Zero 0️⃣. I would like my money back, The only reason I paid it is because I would never get to a resolution with my service back on if I didn’t and now we’re here it’s time to figure that out. And that’s not Jennifer’s problem it’s yours.

“The place is so good so nice successful parking you can park everywhere. The SECURITY is good. I met the guy Jeff is so charming so professional he helped me on time. Definitely visit the store once again if I have any problem well once well located customer care. Good arrangement on the price affair a lot of four self service new technology manager Rich. So nice. Always clean accessible washrooms they have washrooms customer can access all the time they give you your password and they’ll access it All latest mobilemobile phone there. Not far from main roads accessible over the roads next to FedEx very nice very good. I like the decoration inside and the outside the position of the store it’s so nice accessible and noticeable very nice customer care service you get Your to be helped on timeand leave Happy. There is a machine for social service if you wanna clear your bill, you can clear them on time with no queue they allow walkins so nice so good.”
