We've used our local H&R Block office for many years. Amy, our tax preparer, and the office staff, have been AWESOME every time. Knowledgeable, Super Friendly, and very easy to work with. It's nice to have a friendship/working relationship with such a professional people.

Norm did my taxes, I sold a home and with all of his years of experience he never asked the original purchase price of my home, so instead of having no capital gains I was taxed on the full sales price. This was a 16k mistake, so 4 months later I'm still waiting for my refund that has not yet been reviewed by the IRS. I will say the manager, Nancy, was very helpful in filing an amended return. With that said will think twice about who I have do my taxes.

Fast, friendly and understanding service. I came in 30 minutes early and left before my originally scheduled time. Got my taxes done even with some extra stuff I had promptly and she answered every question I had. Will always come here.

I was very stressed trying to get here in time, only to see the employees walking out and turning of the lights over an hour before the posted closing time. I arranged to leave work early just so I had time to get here. Very disappointed, I asked the two woman walking out why they weren't staying open for their full posted hours and they ignored me and continued walking to their car. Disappointing.
