I have had three haircuts in the past 6 months here. The first one was so-so. The second stylist did a great job but was not there when I went in the 3rd time. The website states that they keep notes so that "all" stylist can give you the same cut. I guess the only note was that she had taken off 1 inch. The third stylist did her own thing and took off way more in the front than an inch. My hair is very thick and wavy and it shrinks after a cut. The cut has very little resemblance to the second stylist! Also, you can't ask for a stylist because of their policy and privacy matters. So if the stylist you actually liked is not there your out of luck, they won't tell you their schedule. You get who you get and you get a cut based on? Not detailed notes obviously. How hard is a layered BOB in this day and age? Ended up with a Dutch boy haircut instead.

I just had my hair cut by Julie. She did a fantastic job. I like this cut better than when I originally had it done by a different place. As a walk in the wait was only 30 minutes. Which gave me enough time to run into Fred Meyers. I love Great Clips bc you get a great cut for a fraction of a salon and here I always leave satisfied. I will definitely be going back to see Julie.
Hair type: I have fine straight hair but a lot of it.
Stylist: Julie and she suggested what she thought would look great and I'm so happy with my new haircut.

If you love yourself, don't go here. Every time I've gone, they are either rude or worse, they are super sweet and friendly and give you a terrible haircut. I look like a knockoff Kurt Cobain. I'm a woman.

If I could I would give it 0 stars. This is the second time, I've been here. I won't be again. I made this mistake twice. Yesterday I called in advance to see if they do walk-ins. I get there in 15 minutes, and it's empty. A little sceptical but I tell the blonde older ladies, I only want a trim and I'm due for this year. I only wanted 2-3 inches at most just to get the dead stuff. I told her I had a bad experience in the past saying the last two women cut my hair way too short and I cried. My hair was so long to my waist. I could sit on it....so tell me why my hair is at my chest after this "trim". I'm Native and braiding my hair is so important. I can barely braid my hair. This is the second time this place has done it to me. Some people don't like their hair short... This stripped my confidence for the winter. I thought I was loud and clear. Just a trim!!!? (BEFORE) and (after)??
